Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere were three of us in a room and it was quite cramped, I'd say the maximum number of people to book together would be 2 if you want to be comfortable. There also weren't shower curtains which we were not used to so the floor of the washrooms would get soaked every time we shower. The stairs up to rooms are extremely steep and some found it difficult to lift their luggage up - but the staff helped with that when necessary. The location is also very hard to find and Google maps will not be a reliable option to navigate. So make sure to contact the Riad ahead of time to pick you up either from the airport with a car or walked from designated drop off spot that they can walk you from nearby - otherwise you'll get lost and end up having to tip someone for leading you. They did the latter for us free of charge.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a large group and they were able to efficiently accommodate all of us despite a bit of a language barrier. The rooms were also quite clean and had a nice smell as soon as you walked in. The property overall has a great character and is decorated beautifully, and the rooftop terrace with lounge space was a great bonus. The location was also great, only a few minutes walk away from the souk, main square, various market streets, the jardin de majorelle, and main streets to pick up taxis. Despite the small room size it was nice that there were lots of seating and chill areas inside the property like the courtyards and roof terrace incase you want to relax outside of your room and away from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside.

United Kingdomroom is slightly smaller. The pool area can make it bit more beautiful
We stayed 3 Riads in the trip for different price range. This one is at the middle range but they have best quality of breakfast even all the three riads provide similar items. This one is also the only one I saw staff cleaned the public resting and seating area. The most important is the location is not close to the Mosque, so you don't hear the loud and lengthy Calling for Praying at 4am everyday. This Raid is the only one provide the pick up at the Taxi stop place inside of the Medina (Car can't go in side of Median so it can be tiring for walking while carrying luggages). All the Riads we staied have a good service but this one really go extra miles. I really appreciate that.

United KingdomReally loved staying in this Riad with my sisters and our friend. The staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for our stay. They were very informative on the Riad, Marrakesh and its surroundings. Nothing was ever too much for them, they were like a family welcoming us into their home. The Riad was in a nice location, just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, which we loved. We loved hanging out on the terrace in the sun, or relaxing in the restaurant having breakfast and coffee in the morning etc. The Hammam and spa was a lovely experience, extremely worth it. The Riad itself was incredibly clean and we had our room cleaned everyday. Thank you to Mohammed, Sofian, Cedric and all the wonderful staff for making our stay one to remember. Thank you for your genuine care, hospitality and really going out of your way to make our time in Morocco relaxed and really special :) best wishes the Greek girls / sisters xx

DenmarkThe crew made the difference. Everybody from cleaning to reception, from hamman to kitchen was amazing. It quickly felt like home. Rooms where big and wonderful decorated. Good bed. Cosy little pool, lovely terrace with lots of private spaces to sit. We dinned both out and in the riad. And the food in the riad is as good as in the restaurants outside. Eat lunch in the small places in the Medina. The beanstew/soup is wonderful. Food was generally not as spicy as we had hoped and they are fare more fond of sucker than salt. Dont't trust anybody beside the crew at the riad. Sorry to say. But EVERBODY wants to guide you to "the big place" or show you a marked or tanneries. Nothing is free. Nothing is pure help. We did visit the tanneries, because we were stupid enough to let some young man show us "a marked for Berber, who only came down once a week". But it was the tanneries he ended up leading us to. It costs us 400 dirham to the man who showed us around. It WAS interesting though, and a wakeup call to how poor and old fashioned this country is. Please remember to TIP the staff in the riad. They do not get a salary which compliments their service.

United KingdomWalking around the small streets the riad is on took a little getting used to but that is the case for the rest of the old town.
The riad was beautiful, it really immersed us in Moroccan culture. The rooftop was amazing, there were so many spots to hangout in and sun yourself. It was very close to Jeema El Fna square. The staff were incredible - thank you Seymour for all your help, and to the whole team for making our stay perfect!

BelgiumWe found the beds a little too hard, but this is personal of course!
The hospitality. The staff are immensely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed well and given tea on arrival. The staff took the time to show us our way around the Riad, as well as to sit together and go over Marrakesh with a self-drawn map (!). We felt immediately welcome. In addition, the Riad was within walking distance to all the tourist spots, so was definitely well located!
