The location of the riad was very close to the square and upon arrival we were provided with all the information we needed for our stay. Any activities we wanted to do were also booked through the riad which made it a lot easier. Rashida who was the cleaning lady was lovely and would clean the room everyday to a good standard whilst also folding our clothes and helping with any luggage we had.

- WiFi was good when it worked, but coverage could be patchy - Swimming pool was a nice addition but could have been a little better maintained - Breakfast times are quite rigid at 8-10, meaning we unfortunately missed it on the last morning.

- Spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious room with a great bathroom - Well located, just a few minutes walk from the main square whilst being quiet when on the roof or in your room - Lovely Moroccan breakfast - Warm welcome and stored our bags on the first afternoon while our room was prepared - Pleasant rooftop terrace to relax on - Very good value for money

Travelling with a car, we would have appreciated a bit more information on where to park. Also, it wasn’t easy to get in touch with the hosts to get more information.

Everything! The staff were 5 stars, the breakfast was very good. The room was very nice too. Basically everything was perfect, the Riad was about 5 minutes from the main square, it would be hard to ask for better. I highly recommend asking for the cab that the hotel offers (20€) to get to the place safely and calmly.

The streets didn't feel safe . I was alone with kids I wouldn't go out in the late in the evening . Taxi can not access the hotel . Breakfast very carbs dominant . Almost no protein :( I would say I missed having a TV in room. Rooms very dark no windows.

We a have spent 3 nights . We liked a location in the middle of center so we walked everywhere , apart of the evening we didn't go out because we didn't feel safe walking small narrow streets . The most we liked our host Meji . In general all staff we met very pleasent . Meiji was so kind and helpful to us , he went above and beyond with his service . He made our stay more enjoyable and we do grateful .Thank you Meji!! Wished from Max and Caius:)

The hosts were so helpful, made many recommendations for restaurants, different areas to visit, and which sights were best to see. We took all of their recommendations and had the best time. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was great and spacious.

We totally loved our stay in Marakesh! This is a unique riad that offers peace of mind while in the crowded city. The boys working there went beyond their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible giving information for the city, the restaurants and the sights. They also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport (totally recommended service) The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious. We totally recommend it to any traveller.

This is a little gem. Located very centrally between Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahia Palace in the heat of the medina. Yet, hidden in a quiet side alley, the riad is peaceful and calm. If you get there the first time the place may be a bit different to find in the side alleys. Ping the Riad in advance so they can guide you there or use google maps, which works perfectly fine even in the side alleys. The roof top is nice with a small pool as well. Breakfast was yum (french style) and varied each day. What made the difference for me was the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff, truly amazing. Strong recommend.

The bed blanket could be a bit more thick, it was essentially just a sheet. Otherwise, the stay was great and the beds were very clean and pretty comfy.

The location was great. Right at the center and the hotel was so modern and clean. The bathrooms were very stylish and beyond my expectations. I would book this place again. The staff is always very helpful with recommendations and etc.

What a wonderful Riad. The location is a short walk to the Marrakesh Madina, with great restaurants located locally. The breakfasts are fantastic and varied each morning, and the pool was a wonderful bonus. The room was very clean and had all of the expected bathroom facilities. Hamza greeted me on the first night, provided a great tour of the Riad and made me feel as if it were a home away from home. During the day Rachid was available to answer any questions and helped when there was a mix up on the last day with regards my taxi pickup.

Having no vehicle access to the property meant we had to rely on the kindness of the hotel to assist us.

Extremely attractive property in the heart of the Medina. Attentive staff. Rasheed gave us detailed maps of the area and lunch recommendations. Hamza brought us dinner and stayed to talk, dance, and talk about his dreams. It’s hackneyed but I really felt like an honored guest. The tour guide they recommended to us was also top-rate.

A wonderful experience. We stayed one night before we joined a tour. A great experience staying in the old town. We walked everywhere and it was easy. The property was very beautifully decorated and very traditional. We retreated to the roof terrace to the pool to cool off in the heat of the day.We also visited the roof terrace late at night. Beautiful. The staff were very attentive and Soukaino was always ready to help. Breakfast served on rooftop terrace was delicious. Fresh fruit croissants and coffee. We accessed our room early ad it was ready no problem and had a voffee while booking in.

Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit disappointing. This was probably due to the size of our group the food often arrive cold or hard.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Rachid was really helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help us out. The cleaning and cooking staff were very friendly and my whole family enjoyed their stay here. The riad itself is very clean and beautiful.
