Riad Tizwa is an absolute dream, it is beautiful, clean, modern with all the lovely additions to make a wonderful stay in central Marrakech for our family. The team go out of their way and are so friendly, accommodating, welcoming and informative. Breakfasts are delicious, with a range of fresh fruit, local breads and pastries, eggs, yoghurt etc. The rooms are lovely, with gorgeous products in the bathroom. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you Hassan and all the team for making our stay so incredibly memorable.

A beautiful and peaceful riad on the edge of the Medina. Perfect for exploring and then retreating to an oasis of calm. The rooftop breakfasts and tea are amazing, and everyone at the riad was helpful and friendly.

Our room was very nice, big wardrobe and bathroom, bed is comfortable. Personnel very helpful and friendly, big thanks to them! Breakfast is delicious. Location allows to reach everywhere by foot very fast, close to Majorelle garden as well.

There is a 5% fee for credit card payments and paying the entire amount in cash posed a challenge due to the limitations on ATM cash withdrawals. It's worth mentioning that, in line with many establishments in Morocco, Riad Twiza does not serve alcohol.

Our stay at Riad Twiza was truly delightful. The ambiance exudes tranquility, with a charming terrace that became our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and serene sunset moments in the evenings. Situated conveniently in the heart of the Medina, it strikes the perfect balance of proximity to the souq without being engulfed in its chaos. Hassan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always readily available to cater to our needs. Upon our request, they even arranged a mesmerizing trip to the desert, adding an extra layer of adventure to our experience. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bed provided the utmost comfort, guaranteeing a restful sleep, the only problem was the birds twitting at sunrise (a nice problem to have!). Every corner of the riad was impeccably clean, enhancing our overall satisfaction. Without a doubt, I would eagerly return to Riad Twiza for another unforgettable stay.

Nothing! One day we ran out of water (the whole of the Medina did). Hassan accommodated us and made sure we could shower with reserve water.

The staff was fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, always willing to assist us before and during our visit. The daily breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location put us in walking distance to all major attractions. The Riad is an older building, as most of them are in the Medina, but it has been well-maintained and very comfortable.

Having to leave!

The breakfast was delicious and healthy. We loved the bread and homemade yogurt! We ate on the top floor terrace overlooking the city where people also lounged on comfortable chaises. The Riad is beautiful. While it doesn't have the ritzy glamor of some other Marrakesh Riads, it is a welcoming and warm place that is very clean and well designed with a little fountain in the center of the courtyard with flower petals floating in the water. The rooms are spacious and have lovely touches like Moroccan soaps and slippers. One of the highlights was meeting the people who work there, especially Hassan and Azzize, who gave us fabulous advice and spent lots of time with us answering our many questions about the city, the country, the culture, the languages, and even their families.

We found the beds slightly firm but that is just down to personal preference.

The property was easy to find and in a good location. Our room was spacious with plenty of amenities. Hassan and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the tea and breakfast supplied. We would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

Such a surprising hideaway, once you're through the door, you're in the middle of a beautiful courtyard with traditional furnishings, so peaceful and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
