To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were amazingly helpful and did everything they could do make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. They showed us around, arranged hammam and sorted out taxis. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were instantly at home. Especially Zac who had a great sense of humour!

beautiful property hidden in the alleys of the Medina. opens up to a beautiful courtyard and fountain. my room was very comfortable,designed in Moroccan decor with modern amenities. the managers were super helpful with organizing guides and travel experiences. they also had dinner prepared for me several times.... super delicious Moroccan food. additionally they were extremely nice and made sure I was well taken of.

Philippinesworst experience ever! the service we requested to meet us up in the station did not arrived!! we've waited for hours!! no calls or text from the staff/riad - that we are waiting for nothing... the riad is hard to locate no signages whatsoever- and the light in the alley was off. When we arrived at the place we waited for like 30mins since the door is locked, we've been calling the manager but hard to get through (good thing our phone was roam) and about 5 boys are harassing us for money since according to them they helped us find the place
great breakfast staff are helpful especially the middle aged man we were upgraded to better room for the reason/s of: *the toilet in our room is malfunctioning **of what had happened when we arrived

MoroccoI love the authentic feel and unique aesthetics of the riad. I got a free upgrade to the Berber room which was incredible - such a beautiful room and overall this place has amazing energy. Loved the Moroccan breakfast (included!). Very clean and it seems like they've just done some updates to the place. Looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Marrakesh.

This gorgeous riad is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood without tourists. Once you quickly get the hang of finding your way back from spending the day wandering the city, it's a perfect respite and exactly what is needed for a perfect vacation. Dinners and breakfasts were delicious too!
