We loved everything and every corner! Great hospitality and help from the staff, on top of amazing space and architecture which makes it a fantastic stay. We spend much of our time in the beautiful courtyard enjoying mint tea offered by the team. Very clean also!

Our experience at Riad was truly memorable. Initially taken aback by the unique layout of the room without a toilet door, we were pleasantly surprised to find a separate facility downstairs, alleviating any concerns.

Despite this initial cultural adjustment, our stay was exceptional. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but exceeded our expectations, and the service provided by Riad manager Mohamad was unparalleled. Mohamad went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience throughout our stay, even arranging a packed breakfast on a particularly early morning departure. His assistance in navigating offline Google Maps when our phones failed to cooperate was invaluable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mohamad for his outstanding hospitality and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience.

The drainage in the bathroom wasn't really working well, so the bathroom floor was a bit flooded. We were staying in the Petit Patio Suite, which fits 3 people. The single bed for the 3rd person was quite small.

Our host Mohamed was great! He gave us a lot of helpful tips and was extremely accommodating. The Riad was nicely decorated and placed in a quiet neighborhood.

Very beautiful Riad in the medina. Walking distance to the Souks and hustle and bustle but perfectly quiet and serene inside. Room was beautiful, lovely rooftop and garden. Mohammed and the rest of the staff were all super helpful and kind. Would definitely return! Thank you ☺️

Had a very enjoyable stay at this riad- the courtyard full of beautiful greenery and a small pool feels so very peaceful and soothing, providing a complete shield from the rush&madness of Marrakech streets! :) The room was also lovely (stayed in Menzeh Jour Suite)- many authentic architectural features but not ‘over the top’, which was a great fit for us. Very Spacious, comfortable and practical. The staff were all absolutely lovely and caring; looking after us very well! Namely Mohamed- the House Manager was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful- he helped us arrange various things such as private guide, trip to desert, etc. even prior arrival; transportation and overall support with getting around or anything you may need once arrived; and caring- he would personally wait until all his guests return to the riad late at night to ensure everyone gets the support they might need, quite unseen! Mohamed is an absolute superstar and a great asset to the business!
 Overall a wonderful experience, absolutely recommended and would definitely come back!!

The breakfast was good, but the eggs could be a little more done.

The people who worked there, both Imad and Mohamad was really kind and friendly people. We felt very taken care of and very comfortable. Mohamad helped us with everything and was always avaliable for questions. The Riad was beautiful and the rooms very clean. We felt that the cleaners did the extra for us and every day we came home to a tidy and nice home. We felt grateful during our stay. The messemen for breakfast was so good.

They was no swimming pool

There was no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom Since we were travelling with our 17 old son we would have appreciated a door or at least a curtain to hide the wC when someone was using it

It's worth noting that we encountered occasional issues with the shower, where it would unexpectedly turn cold and, at times, took longer than expected to heat up. However, despite this minor inconvenience, Mohamed's attentive service and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made our experience at the riad still quite enjoyable.

The location of the Riyad is hard to get to via taxi and requires additional information from the staff to ensure you get to the facility. Of course the staff do a great job ensuring their guests get the additional information prior to their arrival.

The Riyad is a nice & cozy place in the middle of the Marrakesh old city and the garden area and rooftop is very nice. The staff are outstanding, especially Mohamed & Emad. They go over and above the call of duty to make their guests stay very enjoyable. Mohamed did a great job for us and offered excellent tips and answered all our questions.
