I loved the property.

I loved the generous amount of outdoor space — how, thanks to the wraparound terrace, I could take in the splendor of the landscape (e.g. the wonderful pine trees enveloping the property, the dramatic views of the sea, the rocky outcroppings defining the jagged edges of the bay).

Everything was functional, however the facilities are a bit old and in need of some renovations.

The apartment was very close to the main pedestrian street and the beach, it was spacious, with a large terrace and sea view. The whole town has a big parking problem, but we had a parking spot in front of the apartment. The host was very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

We are a family of two adults and four children (ages 3–13), and we had a fantastic stay at Dejan’s apartment. He was an incredibly kind and helpful host, truly more helpful than one could expect! The apartment is perfectly located within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We stayed in the lower apartment, which had two walls built into the rock, keeping the temperature pleasantly cool even on the hottest days, despite outdoor temperatures reaching over 35°C. There were two air conditioning units, but we barely needed to use them. We didn’t use the parking, but it was conveniently located right outside the apartment. All in all, a great place to stay, we can absolutely recommend both the host and the apartment for anyone visitng Petrovac!

I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for peaceful, relaxing vacation by the sea. Everything was great, the host is very kind and the apartment was clean and cosy. I will most certainly come back again!

We loved absolutely everything. The location is amazing, few steps from the beach. Apartment was super comfortable with a beautiful view and the big balcony. The host was very helpful, gave us recommendations about restaurants and attractions around. Definitely good value for money.

The apartment is a bit tired but it’s really ok, the hosts do their best to maintain it in a good condition.

The location is incredible. 1 minute and you are on the Main Street. The view was also great and I really enjoyed that the noise from the Main Street wasn’t reaching us. The hosts were great too, very helpful. I asked for transfer to and from the airport and it was arranged at once. The place has everything you need for a short stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning apartment and it exceeded my expectation. Nestled along the picturesque coastline, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. The location is great, just few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy long walks along the beach, swimming or simply soaking up the sun. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. In summary, this coastal apartment is a rare find and I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit! But next time, I’ll be sure to stay much longer to fully experience everything this amazing property has to offer.

Bathroom is quite old and gives very bad impression. Cheap and old equipment. Canalization is noisy. But at least it is clean and there is no smell.

Nice room with perfect Balkan atmosphere inside as well as outside the villa. There is everything you might need in the room from the kettle to the plates and pans. Location is great right to the sea and if you take the road you to the mountain you will find perfect place for solitude walks in the forest just above the sea. Host is very nice and friendly

Awesome place to spend a vacation. Location itself is ideal, just above the beach, yet away from a crowd. Apartment is clean and you will find all that you might need! Terrace is stunning with the most beautiful view. Host is also super helpful!Will come again!

Villa Almaja is a fantastic budget option, just a few steps away from the beach. The rooms are clean, and the quiet street ensures a peaceful stay. If you're looking for affordable and convenient accommodation, this is a great choice. Keep in mind it's an old school apartment.

We have booked the apartment on the third floor , the view from the tarrace is amazing. Deajan is fantastic host, he greeted us, gave us the instruction and recoomendation about intresting spots to visit and nearby restaurants. We were greeted with a bottle of local champaing and in the fridge we found cold water and orange juise. Dejan also secured parking place for us, as its difficult to find parking in the street. The room itself is a little bit old fasion but kept clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.I fully recommend Almaja Villa.

Superb view of the Adriatic from the terrace. The room was large, and with enough space. The hosts were very friendly, and even provided a bottle of local champagne for my wife's birthday. They were both so kind, and helpful. Everything was so relaxing.

Nothing major. The shower was a bit tricky to use to start with but once we got the technique it was totally fine.

We had a wonderful time in the spacious airy corner apartment. The place was simple, clean, yet charming and we had everything we needed. The balcony was large enough to have a family breakfast, do a workout, and a perfect place to read. Fantastic location: Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops but away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy noise. The host Dejan is a decerning gentleman: friendly, helpful, and has many interesting stories to tell! Really enjoyed the personable service and also the art scattered around by the host's daughter Asija. Would definitely stay again.

There are some minor things that we didn't like such as bathroom. It's not very bad but we expected to be little bit better. We also only got one coffee spoon 2 coffee cups and 2 regular glasses and there were 4 of us. There is no everyday room cleaning so you need to ask for an additional cleaning tools to keep the apartment clean.

We liked a lot how big the apartment is. There is a huge balcony with a very nice view. Dejan is very kind man, he helped us with parking and also gived us a gift at check-in. Also he found our 2 credit card that we forgot and keeped them safe till we organized someone to picked them up. Overall we are satisfied, but there are some minor things that could be improved to make a stay little bit nicer.
