My experience was superb! I felt so pampered. The hotel's attention to every detail was impressive. The room service meal i ordered was very tasty. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of food in the buffet. Special mention to housekeeping. They were very meticulous in keeping things in order. I chose Andaz over the other hotels because it's so close to Galaxy Arena. I was surprised to find out that the concert venue is on the same building as the hotel. That's really convenient! When I come back to Macau, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Andaz for making my stay memorable!

The hotel had everything we wished for a hotel. They even had compliment Macau treats, beverages and comfortable slippers. My family visited Macau to watch Andrea Bocelli's concert and we were so glad to have picked Andaz. Also, I realized I had left my charger in the hotel room when I already returned back home. The staff at Andaz were very kind to arrange a courier for me, which delivered the package right to my door within three days. If you have to watch a concert at the Galazy Area, I would highly recommend you to pick Andaz!

IcelandCareful, the waterpark is not on the hotel. You need to get a bus to get there. All the outside pools on the photos are on other hotel. The hotel is always super cold, ac working non stop, even on breakfast, it was freezing.

Service was top notched at this hotel and it exceeded my expectation. From the moment we stepped in we were taken care of all the way until we checked out. We were brought to the lobby for check in once we stepped into the hotel. At the lobby , there were free flow welcome drinks and snacks like the famous almond cookies and nice sofa seats to relax. At 5.30pm, there were free flow wines and beers with quiche and mini tarts served at lobby. Mini bar was free. It contained a box of lovely Macau cookies. Pretty sliders were provided and were free to take home. Bathroom equipped with great shower head. Free shuttle to and from Galaxy hotel but it also reachable by foot in 10 mins. Walking distance to food street area or Venetian. They gave me a free birthday tiramisu cake which was really lovely. Highly recommended to stay here.

FranceThe only disappointment was that access to the Galaxy Hotel's Grand Resort Deck was impossible during our stay due to maintenance. The hotel is not responsible, but this information was not provided by BOOKING.COM when booking.
I recently stayed at the Andaz Macao and the experience was simply magnificent. The hotel stands out for its elegant and refined design, creating a luxurious and soothing atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering optimal comfort. The staff is absolutely charming, professional, and highly efficient, always ready to meet even the slightest needs with a smile. Although the hotel is located outside the Galaxy Hotel, shuttles facilitate travel between the different lobbies, making access very convenient. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which is a real treat! The buffet is varied, with high-quality options, perfect for starting the day. In short, a hotel I recommend without hesitation for a stay in Macao.
