Perhaps the check in took longer though there were less than 10 ahead of me. Only 3 or 4 front desk counters.

Location - connected to LRT station that takes me to airport and ferry terminal in less than 10min. Value for money rates - rooms are big and rates are much cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The pool and hot tubs facilities are not crowded and well maintained. I love dining at their Beijing Kitchen- had 3 meals there. Peking duck is the best I’ve ever had.

Ridiculous to wait for half an hour after check in at 7:00 . The staff said the room need to final check. According the hotel information , check in time is 3:00 pm , why I still need to wait especially I am in hurry , really back experience

Line to check in was extremely lengthy (waited for ~40 mins).

Large, clean, good value for money, good location and good facilities. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. A free upgrade was an added bonus to our stay.

Luxurious and modern hotel room, comfy beds. Staff were very helpful. My mum accidentally left her shirt in the hotel and we only realised after we left Macau. Hotel staff arranged for it to be sent back to our home.

Horrific check in procedure! Came to check in at 3:30pm but the q was so long would have had to wait 1.5hrs minimum so left luggage at concierge (very helpful staff) & came back later at 7pm. Still queued for almost an hour with seats, no refreshment & only 3 desks open as staff shortage. Our room was prepaid & all info already given through booking.com but the check in procedure still took too long for each person. I complained politely & the lovely check in staff informed us we had been upgraded to a suite. Nice! But they really need to get check in shortened as it wasted a large chunk of time & meant we had to rush dinner as we were so late. Not a good start but luckily the room was great & we enjoyed the pool & 12pm check out next day.

They put us in a room on the far end from the lift lobby and we could only view the fountain from an angle. Not sure why cause there didn’t seem to be any other guests on the whole floor on the day we checked in (thu). Would have been nicer to have had a better view of the fountain since we paid a premium for it

Quieter than other hotels on the strip. Good breakfast, very attentive staff. We booked a fountain view suite for 2 nights. It was nice to see the Wynn dancing fountain at different times of day and night. very pretty

I booked the room at a non-refundable rate on Booking.com, but the charge to my credit card was significantly more than the rate I booked. When I asked the staff about it they said there was a surcharge because the rate was low. Seems like false advertising to me. The reason I used Booking.com is because they show the total price before you book. Seems, not the case.

The lovely room was large and well appointed, clean, relatively new. The bath tub was nice & deep. The fitness center had most equipment required, was clean and fresh. The hot tubs were great, and the pool was nice. The hotel was close to Wynn Palace, MGM, and not too far from the Venetian.

The socket in the bathroom is not working, I cannot connect it to my own shaver. It took me almost one month to get the deposit refunded. Too long.

I think the bed can be a bit more comfortable. The mattress was quite hard, so it can be softer.

As with most hotels in Macau, check-in times are later and busy. We checked in early, but had to line up again later just to get our room key. I understand that the room may not be ready, but let us claim the keys from the concierge so we don't have to line up twice.

Very nice looking place, elegant and calming. The staff members are all well-trained and friendly. The attached Beijing Kitchen restaurant is fantastic.
