Excellent and prompt communication with the landlord, perfect location and proximity to Gozo capital Victoria and its amazing town center as well as the citadel. The property has air conditioning, wonderful set up in an old reconstructed farmhouse villa, with private swimming pool. The villa offers lots of space. It is nice and clean.

A beautiful little Maltese house with so much character. The pool and outside area is lovely. We didn’t have amazing weather but it didn’t matter as the house was cosy in the evening with the fire on and we used the pool everyday. Really comfortable bed.

Very hospitable and offered to pick us up from the bus station. Max was very communicative and available for anything we may have needed! The property was beautiful and so inspiring and combined with the hospitality and genuine friendliness, we felt right at home!

Everything about this property was fantastic! Comfy and homely with a traditional feel, very clean and with plenty space to relax. We had great communication from Max the owner on the day of our arrival who was there to meet us and show us around. Excellent location, an easy walk into Victoria for sightseeing and to sample local food and drinks, and we also found Razett Cora perfectly located for our longer hikes around the island! We didn't want to leave!

The house was roomy and comfortable. The stone building was very atmospheric. Our host was very helpful, picking us up from the supermarket after a big shop and arranging our transfer to the ferry free of charge.

Nothing really to complain about. Perhaps the earlier than used to disappearing of the sun compared to the farmhouse next door which we used to use regularly under previous owners, but not a lot Max can do about that really 😉 The doors to the pool area take some working out to open in correct sequence so the fly screen door can be used and some of the door locks can be sticky, but this is a rustic authentic Gozo farmhouse so you have to expect quirkiness. The airport transfers were a surprise. A little slower and not as refined as we were used to under the previous farmhouse rental company, but we were very pleased to see our driver was Mario from said previous company, so a welcome friendly face and a real character to share conversation with on the full transfer from airport all the way to the farmhouse including ferry.

Have been staying in these rustic original traditional farmhouses for over 10 years, staying all over the island. This was everything we expected. The location is perfect for central walking distance to Victoria and eateries, historic attractions shops and transport hub. Well served Bus stop also just 5 minutes from farmhouse, as is a very good local grocery shop and Brookies restaurant. Max was an extremely easy and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. The farmhouse had everything we needed. The added extras by Max made a big difference compared to stays in other farmhouses of the past. Air conditioning especially welcome and effective. WiFi was very powerful, reaching the far side of the pool. Very good BBQ Rainfall showers in the bathrooms Comfortable sun loungers. Extra outdoor overhead lighting extended the use of poolside area.

We loved everything, only suggestion would be a little table and chairs in the front courtyard which is a beautiful place for a morning coffee or an evening nightcap.

This was one of those properties where you think from the pictures that it will be nice, but when you get there it’s even better than you thought. Really spacious, really well appointed and just generally a lovely traditional property.

The place was beautiful and really cool.Perfect place for a family or a small group of friends. The place is larger and better than it looks in the photos. It is perfect for relaxing by the pool and is also within walking distance of the city centre. The restaurant (Brookies) within 100m is also very good

We loved this spacious property. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The pool was amazing (though too cold this time of year to stay in for long) and the location perfect. The rooms are all very generous and everyone was wowed by the staircase. We loved wandering into Victoria for meals and it made a great base for travelling all over the island.

The mosquitoes! But these were absolutely not in the host's control and we didn't let them have a negative impact on our stay and all the positive aspects!

This Farmhouse property is outstanding; beautiful home, lovely setting and pool, and the best hosts ever! It is located in a nice and quiet area, but still an easy walk to the center of Victoria and the Citadel. And we loved the neighbouring rooster waking us up each with his crowing!! A true farmhouse!
