Had to change room as no ac in all appartment. Toilet seat covers yellow stained on few rooms shown to us. Breakfast is just name sake.

A bit noisy, as apartment located next to main street. Room needs more lighting as very dim. There is no balcony as advertised. No tea or coffee given. I had to ask for kitchen utensils and hair drier.

I don't know if Flic en Flac was the right area for us. It is very quiet with not a lot to do and no real tourist facilities. Think Grand Baie would have been better.

SeaVilla was much better than we expected for the price. The furniture is basic but the room is very spacious and they have nice pool loungers by the pool, which is use. Convenient location just across the road from the beach.

the Wi-Fi does not really work, it keeps jumping and it’s really unstable. impossible to work. the room cleaning is not included. we also asked for a late checkout 3 times and they confirmed it until the last day in which they told us that it was not possible. they found a solution, we stayed in a out of order room, but that was not that great honestly.

The location is just across the road from the main flic en flac beach. Also very close to many good restaurants & public transport. Staff were excellent.

Location with great potential, much can be done with so little there, it is enough for managers to read reviews. Large apartments, relatively good price as well. If you are pretentious and looking for flaws, don't go there

the rooms need better sound proofing. it was very loud and noisy sometimes especially during the weekends. the sofa was dirty, so we needed extra cover for it. the pool need to be fixed as well.

Covid19 has had a major impact on the entire tourism industry worldwide, and in Mauritius. So after no customers for 18 months we understand why some maintenance perhaps was postponed. We were understanding as to this situation and respected the efforts of Sea Villa to correct any shortcomings.

Professional and friendly staff, all requests were met with a professional respons. Right by the beach of Flic en Flac, free parking in front, close to restaurants.

no internet, tv didn’t work, shower leaks everywhere, ensuite has a bad smell, had to get water for kettle from shower, beds are very hard n uncomfortable.

Beds were very uncomfortable, aircon in main bedroom didn’t work, drainage not working, roof leaked when it rained, no pots, pans etc for self catering. Place was dirty.
