The staff was so friendly and relaxed! The hotel itself is really nice. Pool area is great.

Would be nice to have access to the potable water. We were told we could only fill our little glass bottle once a day. That seemed pretty stingy.

The room was shown as having a hammock in the kitchen. We asked for one, as their were anchors, and were told our room had never had a hammock and we were not given one. They only provide 64oz of clean water for a room daily. We had 3 people in a room, and it was not nearly enough. The hotel advertised having a restaurant onsite, and it is now permeantly closed.

The pool was great and so was the sunset view.

They advertised restaurant, it was closed up. The said there was a bar, it was closed. The hot tub was not in service. The pool was like 50’.

Our room was facing a noisy street. There is a restaurant with a bar but it was closed when we were there.

It is a beautifully maintained property with a nice pool and small sandy area by the water with tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers. Beds were comfortable and there was a small parking area for your golf cart.

- Location of the hotel is a little bit tricky. Great to explore the whole island, but 20min by walking away from supermarket / restaurants. - Price - very expensive (but we had to take it spontaneously and most of the other stuff was booked) - Some things in the apartment were not 100% nice. (goo & stains on the water tap, power sockets a little loose, loose tiles in bathroom) - We couldn't swim in sea in front of the hotel as it was full of sea weed - The in-hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed, so we had no chance to get a breakfast / dinner at the location.

The property was lovely, very clean and very pretty. The pool area was lovely and the views over the marina were great. The location was good - only a short 15-20 minute walk to the main area in the north with the restaurants and playa Norte. The beds were also very very comfortable and the staff were very friendly

The internet/Wi-Fi access was terrible. Seemed to have limited towels, was difficult to get enough towels even though it seemed as though we were the only ones staying there at the time.

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful!! The staff made the place for us. Marina was beautiful. Food was fantastic. Location was central to everything.

There was a restaurant on the property, but only open for limited hours. Therefore, we only ate there for one breakfast, on the day that we were leaving.

Lovely small hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a small problem with the showerhead, but the staff replaced it the next day for us. Staff was very helpful in coordinating activities.

The restaurant is pretty much closed. We were told it opens until 4pm but they only have a breakfast menu. We went to get a coffee one day and they said the coffee machine was broken, it was fixed and we tried again the next day at 9am but we were told the person that made the coffee had not arrived yet. There’s lots of spirit bottles but no one to make cocktails so the only drinks available to have by the water or pool is coke, orange juice or beer.

Staff were nice, the manager was very helpful and friendly. The place itself is really nice, by the water but lack in available amenities for guests, the space is not used well.

Restaurant turned out to be closed so we went to a place next door for lunch, had to buy drinks in the supermarket and ordered in pizza for dinner. Communications could have been better so we could have looked for alternatives sooner. Because there’s few alternatives within walking distance, we would have rented a minicar to be more mobile.

Lovely pool, we had it to us mostly to ourselves. Enjoyed the patio in front of our family room. Staff was helpful with arranging taxi and ordering pizza.

restaurant closes at 4pm. No bar at night but it seems in construction. Also, one day the cook didnt show up to work. so our plan of having breakfast before taxi arrives were compromised.

The main issue was that the internet rarely worked and I had expected to work from there. I ended up having to pay extra to use a co-working space somewhere else on the island. It's definitely their infrastructure because there were better internet spots more centrally located. Also, I didn't realize, but it's not a short enough walk to the central area, so you will need to either rent a golf cart / moped. It was expensive (when you add up) to take a taxi to and from (the rides where short but were minimum 100 pesos).

The hotel is very cute and looks like the pictures. The breakfast I only had one day, but it was enjoyable. The staff were nice and tried to be helpful about the internet situation. The AC and fan situation was great.

There aren't many options of what to do or where to go by walk. Taxis are very cheap though. WiFi is quite unstable.

it would be nice if the couch was a little larger and the addition of hooks in the shower/bath area would be fabulous to hang wet swim suits on or towels. (nowhere to hang towels). the safe in the room was too small to accommodate a computer and it did not work.

The location was great. close to the fray of nightlife and shops in the north end, but close enough to the southern quiet area too. snorkeling at Garrafon de Castillo was a highlight of our trip. The entrance was so welcoming. the hammock chairs everywhere were so nice to relax in. The grounds were comfortable and inviting. Francis at the front desk was friendly, fun and helpful. The breakfast area was comfortable and lovely. food was good. fresh squeezed OJ was fabulous. The coffee bar was delicious.

The rooms were quite basic for the price. Poor internet meant the tv didn’t work. beds were very comfy though.

The standard room I booked barely had daylight and I could hear the noise of the street. I would recommend to book one of the rooms facing the sea side with a balcony.

The hotel is a really beautiful place, good location, kind people, clean, very good breakfast, beautiful restaurant area at the water. I would recommend to book one of the rooms facing the sea side. They also have balconies.

the airport transportation was misleading and we ended up booking and paying for everything ourselves. plus the restaurant was never open when we asked during our two day stay. plus we were told they would book us a snorkeling excursion on Thursday but then said the company couldn’t go due to the ocean. later we checked again after we had seen other boats with snorkeled at a beach club we ended up going to
