Location is poor - very difficult to access the property from an access road off a main highway - I missed the turn twice trying to find the property

For the price and for an economical hotel it was excellent. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel with amenities. However for what it is … you cant find a better hotel.

Excellent front desk staff, excellent housekeeping staff. Warm, friendly breakfast staff. Over the 5 days there, the breakfsst menu was varied each day, and included both local and American style items. All good. Pool was very nice, too.

Location on the map is a bit deceiving. But had a great view. Our phone gps had the hotel on the other side of the road.

Definitely the beds and pillows are so so comfortable! The place is small very clean view to the ocean is not bad….. the hot breakfast was awesome too

If we had had a room on the street view, it would have been unpleasant. As we did have a sea view, there was some kind of population below us, but we never found out what/who. We wished to be able to open the window instead of having to use AC during the night.

Clean, bright and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and primarily the access to Cabo Fitness Gym a HUGE value.

The pool area could be much nicer, it was a bit shabby and not the cleanest.

Parking available, breakfast included. Room was clean and comfortable. Good place to spend the night before a flight without paying the sky high prices of Los Cabos.

Not quite in downtown Cabo but easy to get there by foot (40 min walk) or cab. Hotel was peaceful and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great and the roof pool though not huge was still lovely.

The only thing is that the staff is the nicest and if you don’t speak their language, it may a challenge to communicate your needs…Google translate is a great app for communicating.

The location is great…away from the loud music and crowds…but an inexpensive Uber ride to all of the happenings.

I would like to bring this to the attention of the management, I was a single lady passenger and noticed a man follow me to the elevator, I stopped and rerouted towards the reception , the man went into the elevator and stopped at the second floor. I was upset that no action was taken by the staff , no sense of urgency was seen in terms of showing support for the safety of a woman. In my opinion you guys need better security at the main entrance and more vigilant and prompt staff.

Noise coming from loud guests in the corridor!

Convenient location just a few minutes drive out of town. Several good restaurant options nearby too. Price is fantastic compared to many of the overpriced hotels in town.

Shower had not been cleaned. Hair in Corners from prior to visit. Tile in bathroom needs grout cleaning. No mini store on premises just one little vending machine with odd stuff. Only 2 towels with 3 scheduled to stay. No mini fridge which is usually standard.

Location good since we had a car...otherwise not recommended. Comfy beds. Standard amenities holiday inn exp usually has. Price was great! Near Walmart and costco and highway.

It stunk so bad I was nauseous my entire trip any time I was in the hotel.

I liked the location. Far enough away from the debauchery of Spring Breakers but close enough to be able to walk around. There are good food places nearby. The breakfast also exceeded expectations.

in case you bring a rental , parking was easy . staff is very friendly
