It was breakfast included but dont expect too much. If you wanna be close to seaside and beach its not correct location for you.

The room was clean , you can always find someone on lobby and they are ready to help

Bathroom had a funky smell, I didn’t really like the breakfast, the roof pool was dirty looking and we didn’t get any towels or rags even after I asked for them we had one towel to use between me and my baby son which was unethical. It’s also far walking distance from the beaches (1+ hour)

The staff was really nice and the bed was comfy

Close to a main road and disturbed by the car passing. The rooms/windows are not well isolated.

The hotel is just a 20 minutes drive from the airport and was perfect for us since we arrive late evening. Good for 1 night stay. Some restaurants nearby and a good grocery store just in front.

There is a noise in the hotel. All day and night, the room is too bright the shade of the windows don't close. There is a coffee machine in the room, but not coffee. No face towel. At arriving, they request a deposit for the room.

It's located in a very central convenient place, close to everything by car. It has parking. And it's very clean. It has a small gym

Pool on the roof needs some attention and cleaning. Curtains in the roof had holes in them which were painted over, not sure why?

Personal was very nice to us and very helpful - Miguel £ Ruby are so sweet! location is amazing, shops and restaurants are walking distance, even mercado 28. Bed was very comfortable too, we had a great night sleep.

The size of the queen room just fits one person.

The room was good, though, I first book a room with a Queen room (because we were 2 people staying) and it turned out that the bed was not Queen size but single. Apparently the size of the beds are smaller, so 2 people do not fit. Fortunately the staff was super generous and kind and could change us to a room with 2 beds. The person in the front desk that was in charge was extremely aware and could do the change of room. Excellent service. The breakfast is perfect, and the pool in the rooftop is nice.

We booked 2 nights, the first one we got a room facing the street which was rough to say the least. It had large glass facades which didn’t help with the noise coming from the street. Also the room got heated up pretty badly. For the second night we got a free room change and that did make all the difference not facing the main road.

The location is a bit away from most of the things you would like to see. However, you can get taxi easily.

Affordable, clean and nice place to stay. They had breakfast included and it was good to have as first meal. Not many options but decent enough. They have a gym though I didnt use it.

The breakfast was a bit simple. The taxi service to the airport offered by the hotel doubled the price of the ones that you can get from Uber, so just use the app.

It is well located, just in front of Kabah Park. There are good restaurants in the area.

it is very far, 10-20 km from the beach and the hotel area. Didi transport is ok, but there is nothing in the vicinity that can drive directly to the beach.

Location very far out from the city and from the beach. Restaurants however to close to the accomodation. Pool was dirty and unkept, and hotel in general is quite run down.

Bed was comfortable and we had an option to check in early for a cost. Staff at the hotel were lovely

Where things went very bad is, the woman desk person, on the last night we arrived before going home, assured us, that for 25$,she would have a taxi pick us up at 4 am, for 6 am flight out of Cancún. She said it was a reliable company that they always used. So at 4am we were outside waiting, asked the night shift guy where the cab was, he checked and said 30 min ! Needless to say, we started to call an uber when the night shift guy came downstairs and said the cab was on its way. Ended up getting to the airport, but dropped at wrong terminal, so ended up beyond 1 hr final chk I time and couldn’t get boarding pass for the Cancún to mex city leg of trip. Had to rebook flights costing $$$$

Location just off large roads. Rooftop area in poor condition. The building in so-so shape. No furniture on the balcony. Not very cosy, but its fine for a few nights.

The water dripping from the ceiling, dirty wet towels strewn across the floor, and puddles of water on the floor - mostly in and around the elevator.

The elevator is broken. Flight of stairs to go from sidewalk to lobby, then more stairs to get to the room. It was hard with luggage.

Slight downside if you wanted to use the gym the treadmill was broken.

Lovely stay, we only stayed for one night but it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the restaurant that was on site and the breakfast was nice.

It could used some updates .

We really liked how clean the hotel was. Also, the location. It's far away from the hotels zone and yet close enough to many convenient places. The value for the money you pay, it's hard to beat.

For the three days we were there, the lift did not work. There was a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee or tea.

The room is pretty good and the beds are comfy. Not too far from the city center.
