Stairs in the room were a little scary and the room smelled musty on the first day. Musty smell went away after first day. A little noisy at night but that is to be expected with the hotel location and the clubs nearby.

The staff were all exceptional and very helpful. They saved our luggage from certain doom at the Cancun airport when it didn't arrive on time and the baggage claim refused to deliver. In any case, we will stay here again.

The only major negative was the rocks in the floor of the shower. Not easy on the feet! It would have also been nice to have a coffee maker in the room and an alarm clock.

No elevator The pool was small and rooms with balconies are facing the pool. We did not see anybody using the pool and we also did not.

The hotel was a bit old, definitely doesn’t look as good as in the pictures. I would not recommend staying here as it was expensive for the service provided. I’ve stayed in another hotel as I ended up extended my stay, where I paid almost half for a modern room with more facilities.

Lot of noice of the bars and "antros" near the hotel. I know is not a fact of the hotel, but lots of people offering drugs everywhere. Really anoying.

The music from all the nigh clubs. I think it should really be mentioned somewhere that music goes on and on, super loud, until approx 2 am every single day. If you are someone looking to party hard in Playa, this is a good hotel. If you also want to actually sleep at night, before 2:00, I suggest going somewhere a bit far from the beach.

The property itself is really ok - rooms are fairly small, but they are equipped with AC and they are clean. The location is good in the sense that you find yourself very close to the beach, but also to bars, restaurants and the ADO bus stations (7-8 mine by foot).

Originally booked a loft room, required a climb up three floors on a rustic wooden staircase. If only I were younger, it would have been easy. But not really handy for my arthritic bones. Staff carried luggage and soon found a ground level room for me that was perfect. I found it unusual not to find drinking water supplied.

The staff were lovely and helpful in every way Location is excellent. Near the lively 5th Ave and close to the beach. Hotel itself is very exotic with a massive jungle courtyard

Very strange smell in the rooms and bathroom especially after cleaning the room, some kind of bleach or chemical cleaner smell. Not safe staircase and balcony, dont reccoment this hotel traveling with the kids.

On the other site of our room was the pool (so cold) and next to our door was some technical room with engine of the waterfall. It was really noisy and it felt like mold all the time. They can shut down the waterfall, it helps with a noise, but it is almost impossible to do something with the mold scent.

The hotel is right in the city centre, few steps from the beach. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, also with good prices, not just fancy expensive places, so you really can choose. Hotel rooms are quiet, the staff at the reception is nice.

A water was lukewarm, which was not a big deal in a hot country, but it was noticeable after a long road.

Great location, beautiful boutique hotel. Very comfortable beds, quiet despite being close to the main street. Steps from the beach!
