Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CroatiaIt seems there are more apartments on offer in this building, and the apartment we got was on the first floor - which was not great for two reasons: it looked directly on the very trafficky roads below, which produced a lot of noise, even during whole night. I would assume that traffic between 11:00pm - 05:00am is very heavy due to no-circulation rules aimed at out of town vehicles and private vehicles without permit, so many people and businesses probably drive during night. Sound insulation with huge windows/french doors is not good at all, and it is very noisy during nights, so be warned. It may be better on higher floors - if you get apartment on the higher floor.
Apartment was in an upscale, modern housing building, with a swimming pool and a gym. Apartment is located in La Condesa neighbourhood, very near to Avenida Amsterdam. Many restaurants and bars are in a walking distance, and also public transport options (bus or metro). Apartment is very nice and big, but be aware, if you are visiting for short stays, you will not use it so much to enjoy what it offers, especially if you plan to go into city center. Parking was available in the garage for us, and it was great. If you are a tourist coming out of the town, be aware of the Hoy no circulation rules - you have to apply online for a tourist pass for your car, otherwise you can be catched by a corrupt police officer and will have to pay a fee, even though you are a tourist.

United StatesThe pool is just a lap pool and it is cold and dirty.
I liked having a kitchen and being able to cook. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer.

ColombiaOur apartment needed more accessories in the kitchen like potholders and more plates. The couch was dirty and a leg was loose. The floor needed to be mopped.
The building was modern, quiet and in an excellent location. The views from the 12th floor and rooftop garden were extraordinary.

United KingdomLocation to 5 lane main road. Insufficient soundproofing. Traffic and dogs. Insufficient kitchen crockery etc. Dirty extractor fan. Poor cooking utensils. No flexibility to access room. 3:00 exactly. No bag storage at the building. Pool rules, cap MUST be worn!
Layout of apartment, light, spacious with balcony. Rooftop garden and building facilities. Location to restaurants, bars and parks.

United KingdomIt’s incredibly noisy and borders a 5 lane highway and the traffic is pretty much non stop. No a/c. Cold at night in December, no extra blanket provided. Not enough glasses or cutlery or comfy furniture for 4 people.
The apartment was a good size. Nice kitchen, Nespresso machine. Great roof terrace for views and good pool for lane swimming. Can walk into the city. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Has Netflix.

United StatesYou need matches or a lighter to use the stove/oven. They didn't provide any and had none upon request. The hot water only lasts 2 minutes. The sofa was very small.
The apartment's location is amazing. You can walk to Condesa, Roma, and Juarez. The apartment was very clean, lighting was great, and overall very comfortable. Other reviews complain about the traffic, and while traffic is heavy in the area, it didn't bother me too much.

United StatesI stayed at apt 1005. The kitchen could have been better equipped. No kitchen towels. No toaster. Only 1 juice glass. No wine glasses. No cups or mugs suitable for drinking tea or hot chocolate. Only small cups for coffee made with Nespresso machine. Other missing items: No blankets or throws for warmth as apartment was chilly in early morning and at night. No luggage rack. Fortunately, apart from fruit and yogurt breakfasts, I didn't use the kitchen and the 1 juice glass sufficed for making tea.
Well laid out apartment design in very nice building with a gym and pool. Washer and dryer in apartment. Great location. Excellent walkability. The views from apartment were amazing, especially at night. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water, great water pressure.

United StatesIf you're hoping to have a hot shower, DON'T stay here! There was no hot water at all for washing dishes or showering. I ended up heating hot water in a pan on the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink. I mentioned this to the front desk but since I arranged this through Booking, I had to contact them, which I did, but nothing changed. Another small thing, the door code I was initially given was wrong, but a quick WhatsApp message to Booking brought the correct code right away.
The unit was spacious and had plenty of storage for my things. Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and arranged field trips for me. I liked having a fridge and ate breakfast in, generally. Washer/dryer was available but I didn't need to use it. I loved walking around the neighborhood and dining at the numerous restaurants nearby. I felt safe at night, at least until 9:00.

United StatesThe traffic was loud, even for Mexico City. We both needed ear plugs to sleep. Kukun really needs to install double-paned glass, as the building is right off Patriotismo and there are trucks and busses zooming by at all hours of day and night. The kitchen is not well equipped. For example, it didn't have a frying pan or working corkscrew. If staying for a longer time, expect to buy some basic cookware. We originally got an access code that didn't work by email, but it turns out the right code was available on Booking the whole time. The wifi didn't reach the second bedroom, but there were just two of us, this wasn't a big deal. There were some minor maintenance issues--some peeling paint in the bathroom, for example--but the apartment was still in better condition than I expected at this price point. There are a few things that are normal for apartments in Mexico City but may be annoying to some people: -You have to pre-register online through Kukun's portal so the guard has a copy of your ID to let you in. Pretty much any modern apartment building in Mexico City will require this. I imagine most of the horror stories online are from people who forgot to do this. -The water heater is instant hot, meaning you have to turn the water all the way to hot, then slowly move back to the middle as it warms. It takes a little getting used to but is pretty common in Mexico to save space/gas
Relatively comfortable, clean, and very easy to arrange a late arrival. The internet was fast and the building has great amenities, especially the gym (a must have in a polluted city like Mexico City). You don't have to actually reserve anything--they only ask you wear a swimming cap when using the pool. Close to plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. Maybe a small detail, but the water pressure was good the whole time, which isn't a guarantee in Mexico and often an issue when staying in an apartment. We also appreciated the water filter, which meant we didn't have to buy water during our entire stay. Overall, for the price of a hotel room, I think you get a lot. It's much better than any Airbnb I've ever stayed at in Mexico City. We'll definitely use Kukun again, although maybe not this property because of the noise.

GermanyWe initially got two wrong codes for the door, but after contacting the WhatsApp number we eventually got the correct one. The pool is only for sport-swimming, and not very clean. The room is extremely loud due to the noise from the traffic outside (there are two very busy roads, so it is very loud even at night - do not recommend if you are a light sleeper).
The location was very good.

NetherlandsJust as mentioned in other reviews, you could hear the street noise very loud but that didn't bother us (and I am a light sleeper). In any case, it may be a good idea to be prepared with earplugs.

New ZealandIt is on a very busy road so something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper! Also pool is not really a leisure pool at all & is basically a swim lane that you must wear a swimming cap in

GhanaIt would have been nice to have some extra linens, plus the kitchen could have been better equipped (i.e. with dish towels and sponges). The property's rules about pool use were very strict (but not very strictly enforced.) But these are very small quibbles - in general, it was great.
Property was safe, attractive, comfortable, and in a great location in the Condesa neighborhood. We loved the pool and the children's playroom, too. Appreciated that there were toiletries and linens.

MexicoIs at a heavy traffic avenue, 24 hours loudness insane, windows are like paper. But if you don't care about noise this is your right spot, also I made my reservations few hours before snd the staff kept us on the waiting lounge for almost an hour. Even I had already the code, was hard to contact the host.
Almost new apartment, they have it on shape, facilities good, view from the roof amazing. Walk distance to restaurants and commercial area.
