Excellent condo, very comfortable. I like the way the building is designed. We felt safe with the 24x7 front desk attendant. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. I recommend having a car if you stay here, but we did ok without one. There are a few good restaurants within a short walk, and you can access the beach 9am-6pm with a short walk through the nearby Riu resort.

Keep in mind the beach is 5 minutes away and accessible through another hotel. Their gate closes at 6pm.

The exterior of the building was well landscaped with tall cactuses. The suite was beautifully designed, clean and up to date appliances. Everything was provided including beach towels, chairs, blanket and toys for going to the beach and pool! The bed was very comfortable. It exceeded my expectations! Thank you

The property has an access to the ocean near the main gate of another hotel(Ryu) the entrance opens at 8 am and closes at 6 pm. Medrano beach is right there but only accessible thru this close entrance at the times mentioned- either drive to another access point or wait for those times- no other problems, there is some noise from construction of nearby hotels but it was not too bad most of the time- just city noises

The property itself is very nice. The rooms beds and bathrooms clean and beyond expectations in quality and function. The kitchen was very useful for making our own meals and hanging out with family

Great location and very clean. Condo was very well stocked. 5 minute walk from the beach. Close to Walmart, Costco, and the Marina. Close to everything, but nice and quiet at Amaterra. There is construction next door, but never bothered us. Small gym to use and nice rooftop pool

It's a quiet complex but construction on the property next door might bother some. Could use more USB charging stations.

New property with central location. Ez Uber or local bus to everything. Washer and dryer was great plus. Rooftop pool has great view. 24 hour security keeps everyone safe. Many streaming channels with Netflix and Amazon prime.

Close to the beach, and beautiful apartment. The hostess had prepared a binder with tips for local restaurants, excursions and everything else you might need. The swimming pool on top of the building was excellent, the concierge friendly. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The service level was fantastic. TOTALLY recommended.

There is a construction right next to the property which can get noisy sometimes

I can not praise our stay here enough. Laura was the prefect host. She was available to answer our questions and also assisted with booking excursions. The apartment is beautiful and exactly how it's pictured. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed and more. I was extremely grateful for the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler that we used daily to visit the local beaches. Having detergent available so that you can do laundry before leaving was also a really nice touch. The rooftop pool was beautiful and peaceful. The beach is maybe a 10 minute walk away but the waves are ruff and its not swimable. There was assigned parking and security available 24/7 at the entrance of the building. I'd definitely recommend and book again!

The pool was not available in the building where I stayed. The staff let me know I could go to another building to access the pool there. In the mornings, the pool of the other building had a really strong sewer smell, so it was hard to enjoy the pool area. It was also unkept. The tables were dirty, garbage was not picked up daily, which attracted a lot of insects. The pool also did not look like it was cleaned daily. Finally, the staff was very responsive, but did not offer any solutions to requests without a more expensive option. The apartment itself was nice but too many issues around the entire building and the experience.

The property is in a great location! It’s walking distance to the public beach, and Ubers are readily available because of its close proximity to the RIU hotel. There’s also an Oxxo next door. So it’s very convenient.

Sleeping accommodations were not comfortable. Constructions next door from 7am-7pm daily and lots of dust.

Location was central to stores, restaurants, and the beach.
