they were under construction. my room was missing a safe. they relocated to a better room. the hot water didn't work well. the shower was minimal.

Great location and couldn't beat the value. Maybe it was low season in February so the room was only $45. Or maybe just a great price. The room had two comfy beds, balcony, mini fridge and nice bathroom.

Not so modern facilities, no lift but they help you with luggage if they can. Unfortunately building works were happening right next to my room so it was noisy.

When I booked just asked for a specific room and didn’t get it , however got it switch the following day. So it was inconvenient. The room was clean basic room on the new side, however got to see the room in the old section and it was larger with a little kit here, I will be booking that one when go back and very Mexican❤️Also the breakfast that was included was great at the fah restaurant. I would stay there again.

There is a problem with the drenaje so if you leave the bathroom's door opened, the smell can spread to the room, I recommend to open the window in the bathroom, close the toilet's lit and close the bathroom's door, also keep the balcony's door opened.

The location is great. This hotel and actually city is great for people who wants to have fun and party. The music next door is on until 3am and guests have 20% discount. If you want a quiet place, go to a resort out of the 5th Avenue. The room has a nice Mexican design, beds are comfortable, very nice balcony!

Too loud! The blaring music went all night past 2am on some nights which made sleep impossible (the little ear plus they left in room did NOTHING! Also no microwave on property or ice both inconvenient

The (very friendly)staff at check in didn't speak English unfortunately. (I know it's Mexico and my responsibility to comprehend them). I was charged more than double for my stay and didn't know it. The next day another (friendly, English speaking) staff member promised a refund of the difference would be seen in my account in a couple weeks. Some beds are harder than others. The live bands at the connected restaurant are SUPER LOUD and play very late as all along 5th Ave. Maybe why they supply the included breakfast in the morning. I can sleep through muffled noise, plus I brought a speaker and played white noise which helped me. Ear plugs are included on the night stand. Lol

Great staff, beautiful scenery steps off 5th Ave. Great security gate used. Great AC, good breakfast included. Cool clean pool available. I got a great rate when I booked using Booking.com. Be sure to confirm it when checking in. First room, the bathroom was so small the shower actually sprayed on the toilet also. It was a crazy design. Staff gladly moved me. Would definitely stay there again, but only for the great rate I got. Too many options near that to settle.

Room very dated, poor storage, cement floor full of patchy repairs, bed hard as a rock, actually made both sides of my hips feel bruised, even though they weren't. Pillows very comfortable, bed is horrible. Mirror in bathroom is useless and lost reflection ( see lobby picture) Black mold in the washroom, little to no water pressure making showers difficult At 100 Canadian dollars per night, shop around, there's better out there.

The kitchen was stocked but perhaps not with all you need. The hardest thing about this place is it gets ALL the sound from FAH, and neighboring construction. It was super loud until 2p, especially in the upper bedroom. We had to leave a day early because we just weren't getting any sleep and had morning activities. I've stayed downstairs, first floor, and the sound was not nearly so loud.

We stayed in the apartment. Its huge. It would be a fantastic place for a family or group. Its more like a house, with 2 large bedrooms upstairs, one of which is more like an apartment of its own: 3 rooms and bathroom; another bdr downstairs with bath, plus a 3rd bath. 2 terraces, living room, big kitchen and dining room!

Dislikes: Bathrooms can use updating Because of the location right on 5th Ave, it is Very noisy between 7PM -2AM as the restaurants close by play their music very loud.

very expensive for the quality of hotel/hostel 1st night we didnt have any water and unable to shower, we changed rooms and in the new room 2 days out of 5 there was no HOT water. The wifi also didnt reach as far as the 2nd room.

Location was great(if you dont mind loud music until 1am from the bar connected to the hotel) breakfast was great and waiter service was very good and with a great attitude

Very loud place.

The hotel is very well located and the breakfast is incredible. PLEASE take into account Its not possible to sleep here before 1:30 AM because the hotel is also a bar with live music.
