Terrific location and great value

We didn’t find the very soft mattress topper very comfortable and took it off for nights 2 + 3, and then we slept like logs. The room can also get a bit stuffy without the windows open but we didn’t mind so much as it wasn’t particularly hot.

Great location, secure building and room (number 3 near the front door) with self check in, loved the provision of enough coffee for each morning and drip coffee machine. We didn’t find our room noisy at all despite being next to the front street and main building entrance as it’s a quiet street and you could hear the birds. We weren’t sure exactly where to stay in Mexico City but we loved the neighbourhood of Condesa and would stay here again! We could also leave our bags at the property while we waited for our flight - very convenient. Thanks again!

Room 3 was noisy being close to the kitchen and common sitting area and below the steps. Vents above the door allowed too much noise to come in, this was an issue.

Location was perfect for restaurants, bars, and parks close to places I wanted to visit by walking. Good clean room and bathroom, friendly cleaning staff.

Everything. Great location, I don't know how other rooms are but mine was amazing, I'm absolutely in love with it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in town. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Pictures do not honor the room, it's even prettier in person 💚

Nothing! It was super easy to do the self check in and was lovely and quiet all night!

The bed in room 8 is literally in my top 5 beds I’ve ever slept in! It’s a soft, plush bed which is exactly my kind of bed. I was so impressed I tried to book extra nights but the place was sold out haha. I will 100% return to stay here in future just for that bed! 😂 I was really impressed with the room, neat, tidy and with a generous coffee bar, kettle, fridge and microwave in the room. If I had this kind of place throughout my central America trip, I never would have been uncomfortable! Thanks for a great stay. I’ll be back.

If you take the single room at the front of the property you can hear people walking by quite loudly. I wear earplugs so no problem but be aware

The water at the shower was not warm

The room was spacious and equipped with everything needed(hairdryer, iron, luggage stands, coffee maker etc). Location was perfect, close to bar and restaurants but still quiet.

The room has a patio but it looks straight into another room. When we went back to get our luggage, we were let in by another guest but then couldn't get out again because the front door was locked from the inside. There was no one in the building and luckily we fount a key on the front desk to let us out. The room was a higher price than other similar accommodations in the area.

The location was good and the room itself was fine.

The wifi could be a little patchy at times but an easy fix!

Loved everything about it. If I were to move to CDMX, I would honestly try to do long term here. Such a beautiful apartment, everything’s been thought out, super helpful manager/owner, quiet central location. Really didn’t want to leave!

The hotel is perfectly situated. Walking distance to many restaurants, parks, and bars but on a quiet street. We hd no issues with noise late at night. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was temperamental - there was no access for 24hrs. Arturo was very apologetic about this but it was out of his control. I struggled to use the plug sockets (you need to play around with your plug to get it working) and they are in odd places. While I know if I asked, it would have been done, I think it would have been nice for the bins to be thrown emptied every few days (this didn't happen throughout my stay). The shower also took some time to drain.

I loved the location of the property and thought Artur's communication was good. The room was a great size and it was nice to have access to the kitchen and lounge area. The water was fairly hot.

It was not properly clean. There were lots of hairs and dust in the room. And the WiFi didn’t work :( but the owner did try to fix it however, it was out of his control.

The water was out for a couple of hours and we weren’t informed ahead of time. The walls are also thin so you can hear all comings and goings.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to great cafes/restaurants/shops/park. The room we booked had its own kitchen area, so it was perfect. It was also super spacious. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after checkout as we explored more.

It was very nice without great expense. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything worked. I lightly bumped my head on the towel shelf leaving the shower. Perhaps a towel bar would be safer. There was filtered water and a coffee pot and tea, coffee, sweeteners etc in the room and a mini kitchen just outside the room with more filtered water, two induction burners, a water kettle and kitchen ware. The sitting room downstairs was cozy and the housekeeper was welcoming and kept things very clean.

The room, the bathroom especially, is quite tired and definitely not what we would class as "deluxe". Although the room smelled strongly of bleach when we arrived, the floor was still quite dirty. The bath needs a deep clean / replacing, as it looks generally very grubby around the jet sprays. Even with the window open, the bathroom remained damp during our whole stay. We couldn't even keep that window open the whole time as smoke from inconsiderate people using the terrace wafted in. The building itself is quite noisy, especially the doors and the staircase leading to the second floor. Noise from the street is also quite disturbing if you have the bedroom window open during the night. While we didn't expect full housekeeping each day, at a minimum, someone should come in to empty the bathroom tissue bin daily.

Great location in a safe side street, but still close to busy areas with lots of bars and restaurants. Very large, comfortable bed and nice cold fridge (although it's a bit loud and would benefit from being boxed in). There are two good quality fans and a heater, should you need them, plus a digital safe and exceptional WiFi.

I booked day of arriving and happy Room 6 was available! Love the neighborhood. Charming. Quiet. Walk to many things. Easy transport from airport. Condesa House clean, charming, comfortable and my room was very spacious and great for long stays as there is a full kitchen.
