Honestly, there was nothing major we disliked. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

The staff was definitely the best part of our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We truly loved the way we were treated throughout the entire stay. The apartment was also very functional, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made everything even better.

Noise from the street! But I understand this is what you get in Mexico City. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my 2 weeks stay in Mexico, and all had noise issues, from either road, party in the streets, etc!

Clean, new, organized and with good facilites! Gym and, laundry room and 24 hours concierge! Super nice staff! We shared the apartment in 3, I slept in the sofa bed in the living room and even this was good!

I liked the property a lot. It was only a 10 minute drive to most things in Roma Norte.

Our unit was very spacious, the building was so beautiful, we had amazing views of the city, there was 24/7 security, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was too low

The location was good, though they originally assigned me a noisy room (despite the request sent when booking was made), I was moved to a better one. Folks at the reception are super nice and friendly

Water pressure in shower, p trap in kitchen sink needed declogging (we notified front desk), no garbage disposal in kitchen sink, we needed an extra bathroom, steep stairs up front (no ramp) so lugging heavy luggage proved challenging.

Location was perfect, safety, amenities, apt. was big enough for family of 4, very friendly staff, AC in bedrooms worked, comfortable beds, gym onsite, elevators snd wifi worked, Tacos La Chula nearby, a welcome place after a long day of site-seeing.

Convenient location around condesa/roma s. Very comfortable apartment-styled accommodation, clean and spacious. Perfect for 5 night stay and well priced. Staff were friendly, good facilities with rooftop seating area, gym, games room and business/work space. Would stay here again.

The road where the hotel is, is quite noisy so at night it can get noisy if you're not used to city and car noises for the rest everything was perfect

The apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and showergel are provided and they are really good. The location is in a nice area and it is very well connected to public transportation and the staff is really helpful and kind as well.

Truly this is SUCH a slight issue and isn't their fault at all, as it was my first time being in CDMX. I LOVED everything about the hotel, I just wish it had been a few blocks further NW -- the street it's on is quite chaotic, but it's really close to Condesa and Roma Norte. Didn't make any big impact on my trip, but it was just a bit jarring to leave the property every morning. I will likely review and book at the other ULIV properties for my next trip. Would 10000% book with any other property to stay with the ULIV family of properties.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours for security and then my door had it's own code access that was easy to use. The front desk team is AMAZING! There was a small issue with my terrace door not shutting and when I alerted the front desk, the fabulous Andres (I think that's the spelling) had it all sorted and fixed by the time I returned from dinner. Also on the last night there was a wild wind/rain storm and the front desk -- I believe Isaac -- was able to provide an umbrella for my evening use. The room was spacious, the kitchenette and water filter perfection, and the closet plentiful. They also had free laundry facilities as long as you have your own detergent -- great added amenity. The roof is also spectacular for morning coffee.

Important to note before coming: the noise from the street is really disturbing even on higher floors. We ended up on 11th floor facing the street and we got good night sleep with earplugs. Without it would be impossible for me.

The location is awesome, well connected and lits of shops around. The building is modern, rooms nicely decorated and fully equipped, there is laundry room, staff very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms during our stay due to noise and the staff made it possible for us and easy. We stayed in deluxe room and it was perfect. I wouldn’t recommend the classic ones.

Fantastic location and modern apartment which is well equipped. There are plenty of facilities in the apartment complex including gym, games room and rooftop area. Would happily stay here for much longer than the 3 days we stayed. The area is safe and there are lots of restaurants around.

Gym is a bit basic but honestly not a big deal. It's still clean and on the roof which is nice. I wish they had more of a coworking / community vibe because it would be such a great place to stay long term!

Responsive front desk staff. Had an issue with my tap and they fixed it right away. Was able to communicate with them via whatsapp which was great. Everything was very nice and new, very clean. Rooms are very spacious. Wi-Fi worked great and I was on video calls too.

Good location though on quite a large and noisy road. Great access to Condesa, a little further to Roma Norte. The apartment was very clean, as was the rooftop and business area too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice toiletries and a water filter tap included.

Everything! I absolutely loved ULIV Pulse Roma! The room I stayed in was AMAZING!!! The room was so comfortable, the bed was ENORMOUS, the shower was spacious, had great water pressure and was very clean, and the outdoor terrace space was beautiful! Not to mention, the staff was so friendly from the moment my girlfriend and I arrived. I’d ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

There was a bit of noise outside our door which could easily be heard as our room was close to the reception

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the kitchen had most things you need. There was also a beautiful view from the rooftop and a small gym for guests.
