Rooms were not together, the main building echoed noise all night & made it hard to sleep, the adult pool was extremely dirty by 3 pm with tree debris & suntan oil, & the store was too expensive ($13 USD for a bag of chips?).

Beds were very comfortable, maid service was terrific, pool side service was fantastic, the restaurants were very good & the bellhops out front went above & beyond for helpfulness.

Food quality was inconsistent. Because it’s a time share pitch property it works out being expensive for food without access to a discount card.

Like the ‘self contained’ Villa properties setting with market & delis. Walkable to Marina.

Anytime we sat down for a meal, the service and food were soooo slow. With little kids (ages 3-4), this was excruciating. The first night we were there was my daughter's third birthday. We let them know as soon as we sat down that this was the case, but somehow dessert took over 45min to arrive, after asking three times if we could just get a scoop of ice cream. It was very sweet what they ended up bringing (it had her name and happy birthday), but the kids were exhausted after a long day of travel and needed to get to bed. We'd promised them ice cream and it's all they could do to keep their eyes open. If this had been an isolated case, then it would not have mattered, but every single time we sat down at one of the restaurant style locations, it was like this. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quick and really good, every time we were seated right away and able to get the kids fed quickly. The pool service was excellent. But if you have little kids I would not recommend trying any of the sit down options unless you pre-feed the kids or have lots of patience to eat in shifts when inevitably a child needs to get up from the meal.

Staff are amazing, food was good, room was very nice (we have the one bedroom suite with kitchen). We were a group of three families and they accommodated our request for our rooms to be near one another. Our rooms were all on the ground floor, which was amazing with kids (easy to pop in and out from the pool for anything you inevitably forgot and need). Beds were very comfy. Pool areas were fun and the evening entertainment was a fun touch. I had a massage at the Villa Del Arco spa (5min walk away) and it was amazing.

It is a little out of downtown Cabo San Lucas requiring a walk in heat or taxi.

The catches. All inclusive, cocktails are like slushies (no alcohol flavour/taste). Sign up tour for cheap excursions out of the resort. $500AUD for a 90 minute massage.

Room-Stayed in room 2811. Very Cramped. Room would get really warm after 12 am. Corner room. and Circulation in room not the best. Breakfast- Bella California restaurant Seagulls and birds are out of control. On our last breakfast I watched a guest entire breakfast plate that he just dropped of to his table, be consumed by very aggressive seagulls. After this interaction. I did quick surveillance and notice many guest periodically shooing birds from their food as well. I looked up and many of the umbrellas are caked with bird feces. Really tarnishes the good food, great view and ambiance.

Room - Stayed in room 2811. Clean good honored bar. House keeping was very prompt and service was good. Breakfast-Always good Great selection, Food Warm, Good service from Staff.
