I’ve never had to wait an hour and a half just for lunch at an all-inclusive resort before. The staff was friendly, but they were clearly short-staffed, which made every meal a long wait—breakfast, lunch, dinner… it was a total nightmare.

The resort is ideally located— you can snorkel right in front of the hotel! We stayed in a beachfront room and were generally pleased with it. While the bathroom is a bit dated and there are a few bugs, it’s a good value overall. The staff is very helpful, and the cafeteria opens early with unlimited coffee, which was a great perk. I enjoyed the food, though some people might find the variety limited.

It is quite dated. The electricity went out for a few hours. The wifi in the room is terrible and the food is hit or miss. I feel it is over priced but the whole area of Quinta roo seems over priced

The property is right on the beach. They have hammocks in the water and the poop are is lovely. The staff are super nice

We had to move 3 rooms in the begining, but after we got the right room, everything was really great.

The beach is lovely, the bar makes excellent drinks. Clean and great place to relax.

The food was a bit hit and miss. One day was really good so I think it depended which chef was on. The choice of food was quite limited but was sufficient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the shower was not very powerful. The beach and watersports were good and we saw big stingrays whilst snorkelling from the beach. We booked diving with Dive House whilst there which was very handy and they picked you up from the pier on site

The location is amazing. The sea is clear and it is even possible to see some fishes. The staff in the lobby is kind and some of the waitresses and barmans are always happy to help

The food!! It was awful. Not sure what was going on but the cooking staff really could use lessons. The meat was so dry and the fish was very under cooked. Not much as far of fruits either. But what fruit they had out was good n fresh. Thank goodness for the fruits we all lived off that most the time. They have a little food truck that had good burgers hot dogs on it. The eggs were under cooked they layed in there own liquid. Yuck! Only problem with the bar was no top shelf liquor choices and the drink didn't have much liquor in at all even if u ordered a double. All in all I would no book at this place or Dreams or Secrets which are on either side of Sunscape and you can use those facilities if you are 18 yrs oe older. All 6 of us feel the same about this place and will not return.

Obviously the weather. House cleaning staff are so nice and always ready to help and make sure you're happy with your room. Also the bar staff they were very fun and nice. The fun staff or activitie staff are fun. Great people and great personalities.

We liked the room with beautiful garden view ,the air conditioner and the phone didnt work , after two days, they changed our room to one better with ocean and garden view but the air conditioner didn't work neither. They couldn't fix it and they moved to Dreams to very nice room with access to all the restaurants. The room was spectacular but we liked the Sunset Garden view better. In addition they gave us two free massages and 2 days refund. Samuel Correa, Carlos Camargo and Karina Vazquez the Managers did a great effort to try to maintain us happy .

rooms need to be updated, specifically the bathrooms. food needs a lot of improvement, the options were limited, the food was always cold in every meal. my husband got seek with the ceviche.

It’s a small property, which was nice. Easy to get around, limited options for food is the only thing. A la Carte option every meal though, not just buffet. The beach bar is awesome and this resort is part of/owned by the 2 surrounding resorts (secrets and dreams). The beach is nice to walk, with the secrets pier. To enter the ocean is tough, it’s mostly a rocky bottom. The water is nice until you get a south wind then no ability to snorkel as it is very shallow and mucks up easily. The rooms were nice and mostly clean (was cleaned better during our stay each day than when we initially arrived). Good stay

they “upgraded” is to the next food sister resort “dreams” because they had an overbooking . we had a beauty sea view room but not the “first line to the beach “ we had initially booked at Sunscape . beautiful beach, but there’s nothing but a couple of hotels around

There was no per communication when the buffet was closed. And the other two restaurants had very long wait times. Also, in the buffet they ran out of plates frequently.

Location is beautiful. Having a restaurant on the beach was my favorite place to eat.
