We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaWe stay at the room 422 last year december .. The safety.. The cleanliness still not up to standard for what we pay .. I was requested for king bed and higher floor but non of the staff inform me if was put at lower floor and the bed was not king . Also the room we get was connecting room , and the neighbour which is the guest from others room keep knock the door and they try to open the door so many times . Same goes to the staff housekeeping maybe try to open our door without knocking .. This is unacceptable .. Not comfortable to chill out during our holiday . The towel need to request then only you can get it . I call them so many times no one is picking up . When i want to take a shower i spot a huge hole at the ceiling near the bathtub , make me scare to take a bath .. Well its not nice to see .. Maybe not my choices for next trip . Im sorry .
