Superb location to explore Georgetown, lots of eateries and night music around the area. Every thing you would normally need is provided in the hotel, although all in small sizes. The building is like a heritage mansion. Parking is great.

United StatesLots of deferred maintenance here. I had to tighten the screws in my door lock as it wobbled upon entry. Any staff should see this and see that it gets fixed. I’m sure all the doors are the same.
Location was great. Typical Malaysian mid level construction makes this place noisey at odd hours. Lots of tile and slamming doors at all hours from inconsiderate guests makes you think about returning to Malaysia without a bigger wallet. Too bad. The location and staff were great.

United KingdomThe place needs refurbishment. The lobby was not as warm and welcoming as photos suggested. Also the lack of sockets in the room was very inconvenient with their location being in hard to reach corners. One socket was even broken, hanging out of the wall. When i asked for an extension cord, the reception could not provide me one.

ThailandThe WiFi signal is very weak in the rooms, but very fast and strong at the reception area. More WiFi routers are highly recommended.
The hotel is located in the heart of the Georgetown UNESCO Heritage site and surrounded by many interesting places and numerous varieties of foods. The room is clean with a comfortable bed though it could have been better with the shower system.
