The road to the hotel has multiple potholes and really needs to be repaired. There was shortage of staffs at the lobby. Everything was self service including picking up our own bags to our room.

The breakfast was superb. There was a variety of food offered and the taste was good.

The property a little bit run down, toilet got chocked, toilet door cracked, and the room lighting was too dim, not suitable for reading.

1) No night activity. We went to the spa and sport center at 8pm and it's closed. We thought it will be open until 10pm. 2) The restaurant on the main building only open until 6pm. Last room service order is 4.30pm. 3) The small shop have limited goods and no souvenir of any kind that have the resort name or picture. 4) The view from the pool 'tak best' because there are construction going on only 100 meters from the pool. We have to smell smoke and dirt from the construction site while swimming.

1) Our studio room is spacious for us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. 2) Bathroom is okay. 3) The pool is okay but not the view. 4) Breakfast also okay but a bit bland esp the pasta section. 5) Check in and check out is so easy and smooth. 6) The staff are great. Always greet with a smile.

The road to reach the Resort from main road quite bad in condition. Maybe because of the housing project in progress. However the holes ontw quite dangerous especially if you travel at night

There are construction project going on around the hotel, so some of the roads can be very dark leading to the hotel. The shower drain in our room was clogged (our fault for not letting the hotel know)

The rooms are large and cozy. The ambience around the resort is marvelous, on a golf course nestled in the forest. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would love to come here again!

I am so sorry but the hotel should start to invest in upgrading their facilities such as toilets etc. The cleanliness of the hotel is so worrying. Since most of the furniture and items in the room are heavily made from wood, more maintenance is needed to keep them clean. The apartment sink and drawers etc are quite dirty as well. All in all, they have to upgrade and hire more people too. There was no bell boy during our stay, we have to get our own luggage trolly and bring them to our room ourselves.

I appreciate the fast response from the facilities team in regard to any issues that we had during our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated but some of their facilities are okay.

Parking spaces are limited. Bellboy services are only til 8pm. If you arrive later, you had to bring all your luggage by yourselves. But the hotel allows you to use their trolley. The elevators are small and there are only 2 of them. Yellow Flag: This is not the resort fault, but there is an ongoing construction behind the hotel (pool view) causing a bad view from the room.

The apartment is spacious. The furnishing is excellent. Good beds, 2 big TVs. Adequate kitchen. 3 toilets are always good for families. The food for breakfast are flavorful. Variety of choices including local and continental cuisines. Swimming pool is nice and spacious.

We are stayed at Room 07-37 and the room was not soundproof. A lot of noise came from Room 07-36 guest and annoyed to us. Hope to improve the soundproof to ensure the guest can stay with leisure.
