We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaIts true about the waiting time for lifts.. The key is to get to know when's the best time to go out and come back.. Avoid peak hour, and weekends so u dont have to wait for a long time...We went out for breakfast before 7.30am...come back before 7pm.. Waiting time isnt that long if u stay on weekdays... Despite that.. We'd still be coming back and stay here the next time we are in kb
I like the location.. Right in d middle of town.. Easy to find food even late at night... Mcd, starbuck, nasken, just downstairs... Plenty of parking space outside even for hi-ace we rented for the week.. Netflix kept us entertained at night.. The kids love the pool which is opened from 8am till 10pm if im not mistaken.. Nice view too.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.. Will definitely come and book a stay here in d future

MalaysiaI booked a different unit but it got changed last minite (uninformed) by the person incharge. The unit tht i'm in is totally below my expectation but the owner said the price is more expensive (without the wifi n everything n the room arrangement is just so-so). I feel dissappointed since they dont notify me beforehand n change my room to another room with an unacceptable excuse. I booked the room based on their description online n they also gave me pictures (which is fit to my expectation) but suddenly changed it last minute. Not recommended. No.
