Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom most times wasn't clean and the floor remained wet. Is not an actual homestay. If you are interested in spending a bit of time close to the center area it is a bit far away. However, there are two food markets and a laundry close by. So food won't be a problem.

Malaysia1) Strong mouldy smell at Room B (Triple room with attached bathroom). The walls displayed watermarks suggesting this room is constantly humid with potential water seepage. Airing the room didn't solve the smell problem. 2) Although smoking is only allowed outside at the front porch, it didn't prevent the smoke from filling up the corridors of the house quickly making it hard to breathe. This happens a few times a day. 3) Stay only if you are able to put up with smoke smells several times a day. Tip: Avoid ground floor rooms if you are sensitive to smoke smells.
Overall the place was clean with water dispenser. The caretaker of the house Mak Ana was very courteous, friendly and warm. We did have abit of issue with strong mouldy smell at the triple room with attached bathroom, however this was quickly mitigated by the property owner, arranging another room for us. Tip: Opt for rooms upstairs for a more comfy experience.
