Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A very clean apartment with all basic facilities and a big store next door which is 24 hrs open is a real bonus, internet was good with smart tv to keep your kids engage, the beach and food street is very near by, a rel value for money and recommended for families specially.

The taxi driver can't find the location, so it's better to add a signboard on the main road to say where it is.
It's in a good location, close to the Cenang beach. The area is clean, and everything you need is there and working. Reasonable price for what you get from a no-frills stay. Keep up the good work! I will recommend this, and will stay again!

The door locker was a bit difficult to use
The house was impeccably clean, all listed facilities were available, and the owner kindly offered complimentary luggage storage after our check-out, which added great convenience to our stay. In addition the location was juste formidable near to main road of Cenang

The AC position wasn't good hits directly on bed so the body gets cold very quickly which wasn't convenient
The room and bathroom were very clean, the location very strategic many restaurants and shopping around + nearby mosk for those who pray

There's no iron provided inside it.
Everything is in place including the big fridge. Quite near to the beachfront. About 5 min walking distance.

Nice accommodation for shorter stays in Pantai Cenang, very close to the airport. The cable car and Telaga Harbour (to Koh Lipe) are also very close by Grab. Basic accommodation, but clean. Mosque is next door, so you may need to prepare with earplugs if that disturbs you in the sleep (I did not found it to be an issue). The communication with the owner was very easy via Whatsapp, early check in was also possible that I very much appreciated. Everything is within walking distance in Pantai Cenang, a lot of places to eat, beach is very close, this is one of the best locations to stay in Langkawi. Great price-value ratio.

Everything was very good. Good WiFi - what was very important for us! Great location! Clean! Very friendly staff. 24/7 grocery 30 seconds away. Breakfast and dinner places 1 min away. Beach 2 min away. No bugs, as in another places!!! Very recommend.

Room could do with a lick of paint and updating as well as the closeness to the mosque.
Good location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff, especially Adam, was super friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight and he made an ac room available for us until we had to depart.

Nothing, really. I'm a simple person.
Love this place! Pretty impressed with the cleanliness and the comfort of this place! The floors and the toilet were sparkling clean! Beds are comfy, we didn't have problem with mosquitoes, and it's a 5 minutes walk away from the beach, and it's quiet enough of a place for a good rest at night too. Staff let us check in early too. Really reasonable price for what you get of a no-frills stay. Keep up with the good work! Definitely will recommend this, and definitely will stay again!

Could feel the metal springs on the bed which was annoying from time to time and there is a very disturbing loud mosque near buy that goes on early in the morning and few times a day, but not their fault of course
Great value for money, clean, fridge, excellent location 2 minutes from the beach and on the road with supermarket and food places, nice host, AC worked well, wifi good, nice patio to chill
