Crows at the pool. Instead of instant coffee would be nicer to have a nespresso-type machine in the kitchen area with capsules.

Big and spacious rooms with very nice views. Comfortable and big beds too. The gym and the pool are great. Very quick to get to old town by Grab but also possible to walk to less touristy areas around the hotel with very good food. The bathroom's handsoap was a surprise!

Nothing. It's worth a stay and probably will return again.

The room is great and spacious! Good bed and excellent housekeeping staff! The breakfast is good. The spread is just nice, not too many, and not too little. Although the menu is pretty much the same for all 3days. All is tasty nonetheless. Ambience is as expected off Ascott chains.

The room is very big and comfortable. It has a small pantry (although we did not cook during the stay) and a washing machine. The Gurney walk is next to the hotel and has some restuarants. The breakfast has many choices and is tasty.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I loved everything about it. Both breakfast and lunch were excellent. The service was excellent. The pool and gym exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are huge (we booked a Studio Deluxe) and have great storage space, mirrors, spacious bathroom and a small kitchenette. It’s not in the centre of Georgetown, but it’s only a 2km walk or a MYR6-8 taxi ride with Grab, and it’s right next to a very nice small mall. The pool was really good, the gym was good. It feels like quite a new hotel and everything was spotless.

When night falls quiet, the aircon blower noise becomes prominent. However I was too tired to feedback to get it checked or ask for a room change by then. I tried to get used to it and fell asleep eventually.

Room was beautiful and spacious, huge bathroom, nice towels, and a functional walk-in wardrobe. Gurney bay park is right opposite the hotel, super convenient to do my early morning run.

there really wasn't anything i didn't enjoy at the hotel.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the living area in the room provided my family the space to enjoy our time together. The size of the pool is very decent and it's right next to the gym so we could get some exercise in during our holiday. The breakfast was enjoyable even though the variety wasn't too much, but the food was delicious and I especially enjoyed the home grown vegetables in the salad section.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the loterie to all the details and attentions during our stay. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care! Breakfast was delicious just to know there was not many choice for westerns! There were very attentives to us and we loved the surprise for our honey moon!

The Ac temperature was always cold, temperature automatically coming to 21.5 centigrade although we adjusted it to 24
