The check-in process was a bit cumbersome. You need to register your car at the security booth before entering. This registration process wasn't explained when I booked the room, and when I asked the security guard, they ignored me and just told me to wait in line. It took nearly half an hour for four or five people to queue up, and the queue wasn't sheltered from the rain, which was a real hassle.

The location is good, close to the Tanah Rata business district, but the environment is quiet, the room is clean, and the kitchen facilities are well equipped.

Great Location. Easy Access to Town, Walk to Eateries. Self Check In Was Easy, Clear Instructions. Open Air Car Park Lot But Sheltered Drop Off by the Apartment Block. Apartment and Towels were Clean. Great for Families.

The check in process with the guardhouse is a bit slow, the day that we wanted to check in, there's a massive jam from the condo to the main road outside, and the guard request us to park our car outside before registering but we have to jam another 15 mins after registering before we can enter the condo area. I know that this is not the correct procedure for security but could be avoided if guest registering can just enter the parking area while registering to minimize the jam.

The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen appliances is aplenty and you can cook a feast here. Rooms are nice and tidy and great for a good night sleep. Location is great as it's just a brief 5 mins walk to the main Tanah Rata town. Overall recommended to stay here during your visit to Cameron!

The drainage could use a little work as water didn't drain fast enough with every shower requiring to mop up the excess water over the bathroom floor

The water from the tap was very cold as there was no hot water fixed to it. Otherwise, there is no issue.

Quite noisy, with people talking loudly outside until late at night. No drawers or cupboards to unpack into, only hanging space. We noticed that some of the plates and cups were dirty when we arrived. When we came to wash up we realised why. No hot water to the sink, the plug does not hold water, and the washing up bowl is too big for the sink. All in all, it's a bit tricky to wash up properly.

Excellent location, near to the bus station and Tanah Rata shops. Clean, spacious and modern apartment. Comfortable beds. Good communication and instructions from the host.
