Due to food allergies we were limited to access the local restaurants and had to cook in the apartment. We would like to see additional appliances such as microwave, extra pots, toaster, cutlery (spatula, egg lifter etc) for home cooking.

The apartment was comfortable and the location was great. Beds and pillows were exceptional and the apartment was clean.

- We thought we had booked a hotel but it was a nice room in a new condo and interaction was only virtual (whatsapp). No coffee nor tea so the electric kettle is useless... - There is nothing around (Forest City is a new area under development and the rare F&B close at 8pm) and w/o a car you are dead. - The deposit process popped up by whatsapp the morning before our arrival and is not suitable for foreigners (malaysian wallet or malaysian bank): We had to insist to get refund on our SG bank.

Proximity of several golf courses (vehicle is mandatory). The suite (2 bedrooms, a salon and a kitchenette) is large and clean. Bathroom small yet functional. .

Even though I reach bit early, had to wait till or almost 3pm to get password so its not flexible and even after we checked in still were people knocking door to send things or to collect from the house. And we asked to leave before 12 and not at 12 when check out. The place wise, not many choices for restaurant or to dine-in nearby and I had to leave the area and travel to look for food. Not much activity or places to see around at that area. But good for indoor family gathering or for people who just want to relax indoor.

The house was clean and in good condition. The view from the house is nice.

The location. It took a really long time to book a Grab.

Not a major problem but there was a large dustbin near the lifts, so slight smell there even though it seemed empty. The area at the lifts from the carpark could see some improvement by the building management, maybe improve the lighting? The mattresses are slightly on the firm side. This place is far from JB city so if you are looking for a bustling city, this is not the place for you. It is quiet and peaceful. I was told there are shuttle buses within Forest City, and to Aeon Bukit Indah and Second Link.

Love the clean and green environment of Forest City. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and had a nice balcony, with amazing views of Forest City, the Johor Strait and Singapore. It was nicely-furnished, and well-equipped with a fridge, plates, glasses, dishwash, iron and hairdryer. Mugs would be nice for hot drinks. But you need to bring your own tea/coffee. There is a washing machine, although we did not try it. Ample parking right near the lift. There are some eateries and a minimarket within the same compound. You may also drive out to the mall next-door at Fisherman's Wharf where there is a Marrybrown, some dutyfree shops and a KK Mart. There is also a beach there with food trucks, swimming pools, and a waterpark for kids. Check in and check out was fairly easy, just collect the keycard from the security guard and return it to him at the end. Do take note there is a rm200 deposit, which is refunded after check out. I love that there is an SOS button by the bed (we did not need to try it out). Security is pretty good anyway, the door has a keycode lock. Hosts are super responsive to queries and extremely helpful.

Only one toilet and it was too small, also quite slippery.

The house is very cosy, neat and tidy. The security who was helping with the check in/out was very helpful and friendly. Parking is plenty and very easy. The house owner/manager also very responsive in answering any query. Lastly of course, great sea view!

there was no wifi or seaview. the view is actually a neighboring block, which is mostly unoccupied. this is where the term "ghost town" stemmed from, basically. there were no towels provided as well. we had to message the host for some and it came about 20 minutes later. the mattress provided is - i'm guessing - made of cardboard because it was so hard. it felt like we were sleeping on a piece of wood with 1cm thick mattress on top of it. the water heater wasn't fully functional as well. the max setting got us lukewarm water at the very best. this place has potential. it's just sad that it isn't fully realised. god bless & all the best, lads. cancelled the second night and nick (one of the host) was a good lad for helping us through the process, refunding us for the shortened stay.

the room is spacious and if you want peace and quiet, it is absolutely perfect. at night, there were only around 5 to 6 units surrounding us that had their lights on. it has a spooky feel, if i am being completely honest. the term "ghost town" is appropriate.

The location is actually quite far from town. The bathroom is quite small.

The room is spacious and definitely worth for money. There are a lot of facilities within forest city area.
