The pool. The bathrooms are clean and the environment is peaceful. Outside kitchen for cooking for those camping , outside charging ports and so much more.

If you could please provide enough new white towels for the rooms

We loved our room very comfortable, spacious and well decorated. When seating on the balcony felt like you are in a safari lodge. We will definitely keep coming back and will highly recommend.

The cleaning staff waking up guests at around 7:30 to clean the rooms or knocking so early disturbs the resting time. The management must inform the cleaning staff which guest are booked in for longer stays and which ones check out at 10:00 and for them to do their room cleaning accordingly.

The place is beautiful and the location is also nearby town. It's green and a nice restaurant area to relax.

The reception and how they treat their guest, this time it was horrible, rude and inconsiderate. The manager was nowhere to be found, the lady at reception was rude and gave half information. She was simply trying to get rid of us and continue sitting.

The standard family room did not feature much for a family, it was rather a normal room with a second double bed. Service was inflexible, e.g. the pool can only be used until the exact checkout time. Service of the restaurant (not included in the booking, but located on the premises) was very slow.

Very peaceful, spacious and green place. The rooms are friendly and modern. The place feels like in nature, although it's just at the edge of town.

There are quite a FEW PROBLEMS with the STAFF, which could be easily fixed by a good manager. 1. Ever morning, around 08.00h-08.30h there is a guy with a NOISY 6wheels ATV(photo attached) that goes around the resort and WAKES UP EVERYBODY. No matter what's his job I think he cab do it after 10.00h. 2. At the restaurant reception there is a lady which is missing the front teeth. You can see her when you enter the restaurant and when you exit, and she is smiling a lot :). She can have a good where she doesn't need to interact with people until she fixes her problem. 3. The staff is not attentive and not friendly(but this happened to us in many many places in Namibia, I guess this is something they could be better at).

The resort is amazing. The rooms are big, modern with a lovely design. The terrace is huge and the bathroom is lovely. The room is complete with everything you need. The camp site is also lovely. It has electricity, good Wi-Fi and lovely bathrooms.

The check in time (14h00) is too late. Atleast 12h00 would be great.

When we arrived, the person at reception was not to attentive, like she was already tired or something. We had to ask for directions, where the restaurant was etc etc. She did not offer any information out of herself. She was not unfriendly though, just not very attentive

The shower had plumbing issues, causing water not to drain. Unhygienic concern. The payment system needs improvement. I was charged twice on the booking.com app and at arrival had to pay cash since my payment from App was not reflecting on their system. Quite an inconvenience!

Some of the visitors made a lot of noice when returning to the rooms; the hotel towels are way too old (need replacement), the need to clean the bathroom wall tiles properly.
