To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Another personal preference, I like my morning scrambled eggs waiting for me without needing to order them. Keep the room cards away from your other cards or they may misbehave, though the helpful staff easily fixed them

United KingdomStoring the luggages seems a bit unsafe as they are just left in a room where anyone could walk in. Also, tags should be allocated to make sure that no one is walking away with your luggage.
I've got a renovated room which was extra spacious, comfortable and tastefully designed. No complaints at all.

Whilst it looks outdated and tired on the outside, the inside of the hotel is very nice and the bar area/reception were comfortable and social. Large selection of beers in the reception area downside. Large room with very modern bathroom and a great shower.

GermanyEntrance and exit for the parking lot is quite narrow. If you come with something bigger than a medium sized hatchback you will struggle a bit to maneuver and you have to be very careful not to scratch your car there. Only 2 elevators seem to be insufficient for such a big hotel. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get up and/or down.
Staff very friendly helpful and competent. Big space and well equipped.

United States of AmericaThe only minor thing is our shower was not draining properly but we told the front desk and they were going to fix it. We were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal to us to wait to tell them.
We had a really nice stay in Rotterdam here, the room was super comfy and very large compared to other hotels on our trip. It had a nice seating area in the room and the mattress on the bed was extra comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from the room since we happened to be on the 12th floor. The lobby is also beautiful, and had really nice areas to hang out in. The location is super convenient to the metro to get into the city quickly and we also enjoyed running into the city from this hotel. It's not very central but the access to the metro makes up for that and we didn't mind.

Basics excellent (shower, bed, ventilation) Looks cool, all done pretty professionally. Nice features like a fridge, furniture is of good quality, it is a great, open social atmosphere downstairs in the restaurant/bar/lounge, super enjoyable. This is one of those places you do not simply stay, rather you must spend some real TIME there & hang out... not to mention invite your new friends you meet on your trip to!! Plenty of space to socialise & kick back :]
