We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This accommodation was chosen because it provided free parking, bed & breakfast and the 391 bus into Amsterdam central station ran regularly from a bus stop just 5 mins away, takes about 30 mins. Parking in Amsterdam is very very expensive. Note the bus ticket purchased on the bus allows you to take the metro onto the museum area (or other parts of Amsterdam) but ensure the ticket is validated getting on and off the bus. The bedroom had everything you needed but lacked "warmth" just not my choice of decor but we were staying just the one night so not a serious problem. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bar and dining area was very pleasant and the breakfast's hot and cold choices were good. We were allowed to leave the car in the car park while visiting central Amsterdam and pick it up for the drive onto our next destination - so hotel met all our requirements.

DenmarkInitially we booked for 2 nights thinking we get our caravan back but didn't so we extended 1 more night! I think due to that reason Housekeeping must have not got the correct info so our 3rd night room was not done, neither towels were changed! So, on our return to the room in the evening we went to the Reception & told that, but that time Reception said housekeeping personnel already left. We said that's fine, just provide us cleaned towels. Price - is quite on to the high end!
This is was our 3rd or 4th time stayed at the hotel. This time it was not a planned trip but our Caravan broke on the way to the camping site in Amsterdam so we booked this hotel immediately since we knew the hotel & it's facilities. Room - it was very spacious. The view we got to the backyard so nothing much to see there. Breakfast - it was not a huge & exceptional buffet but it is ok with few hot & cold items. Staff - everyone is very nice and helpful. Specially 2-3 young men at the reception were very nice & helpful. on On our last day on check-out we had to wait a bit to hear from the garage about our Caravan but we settled the bill and told us we leave check-out time due to our issue. Then without we asking one of the young reception man told us to stay even 1 hr. more if needed! Though we did not, still it was very sweet of him!

AustraliaPrice on meals and distance to center of town. Manager on first night seemed confused on his role. The pillows were very flat, no airport transfers thus being very expensive via taxi.
Cleanliness of hotel, restaurant was handy a little pricey but convenient, public transport was close by with a servo across the road. Manager for 2nd and 3 rd nights went above and beyond his job description with fantastic wait staff.

GermanyThe floor corridors to get the rooms look like from the 70s' so an upgrade is more than necessary. Also, poor options for TV watching. I had a TV box to entertain my daughter during our staying but unfortunately the TV configuration cannot be changed (only local channels). If you expect international travellers maybe some alternatives would be good for families. However, pros offset the cons in general.
Great location to stay close to Amsterdam and other several points of interest (airport, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, tourism attractions). The staff is really nice, by mistake we passed the breakfast hour, and they picked up some bread, juice, cheese and fruits for us to get something to eat. The room is adequate: good size and renovated bathroom. Decent internet. A lot of parking spaces inside the hotel with controlled access.
