Excellent location for those using the train station, which can get you to the airport, Rotterdam, Den Haag so easily. Got my room upgraded to one with the lovely view and the breakfast was great too!

Should have been made clear that not all rooms are located in main building.

On check in, learned that rooms are located in different buildings in the neighbourhood. I was not in the main hotel. No elevator and stairs are narrow and steep, however staff did carry suitcase up and down! Breakfast was ok...used hotel only once ....nearby cafes were more appealing although a few more Euro!! Very poor lighting, both in the bathroom and for reading in bed. Location is excellent...5-10 minute walk from train station.

A warning should be given that elderly and infirm visitors should not be accomodated on the upper floor(s) of the main hotel. Stairs are too steep.

We had the loft room where we could hear noisy people on the street during the night.

I really have absolutely no problems with this hotel. I dislike that I have to write a long sentence so that Booking.com allows me to coninue with the review, but here we are. I think perhaps what I didn't love is that I have to get the keys from the front desk.

This hotel is cute and in some ways feels like an AirBnB, in other ways it is an actual hotel. The restaurant is very cute and the breakfast was fantastic. I have absolutely no qualm. I probably would have booked here in a smaller room, this was a studio and was too much for me.

Would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together.

Great location really near the centre and train station. Lovely view of the canal from bedroom. Good sized room. Tasty breakfast. Was able to store bags with small additional fee after checkout.

Bedding was not clean - found multiple hairs in the bed.

Great location and you get what you pay for. Parking is off-site, but close enough (5min walk). Breakfast is good and affordable. Front staff very keen to help.

I was in a suite, like a small apartment. Everything was clean except the dishes. You need to rewash the dishes. (But then it is best to do that anywhere you go.) There was not always someone at the desk who knew English, though there was always someone who thought he did. You could get answers that indicated he had no idea what your question meant.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Delft. It is an easy walk to anything there. The breakfast was basic, ample and well prepared. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

No 29 was indeed very basic, entirely our fault for not fully considered that you do get what you pay for. We will definitely consider getting a better room next time. However it was warm and comfortable. Personally I would remove the Xmas decoration from the light and replace the bedside mat with something that doesn’t look dirty although I’m sure it was clean.

We liked the main hotel where we had a warm reception and delicious breakfast. No 29 was more sparse.
