The location is not the best, but not bigger shop is not that far.

Rooms were good, 2 beds and nice bathroom. Heating was off when i arrived, but when put on full, heats the room in like 2 hours. There was no breakfast available when i was there. Really nice and helpfull staff. Were good hotel for my work travel satisfied my expection.

Cleanliness is OK, but not great. The bathrooms really need updating and/or a deep clean. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed in 25+ years and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. The restaurant is now open only for breakfast and this seems like a permanent decision.

I have been coming to Amersfoort and staying at this hotel for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and seem helpful. The accommodations are quite basic, and the price reflects that. It is possible to take a short walk to various restaurants and shopping areas. Although the on-site restaurant only opens for breakfast, there is a bar and the front desk staff seem happy to pour you a drink at any time. Plenty of free parking.

In relation to quality and price, the hotel and the staff and the breakfast were very good. Especially the staff was very helpful and very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was quite good.

The carpet (rug) in the room was clean but extremly old. So old that had changed colours in difrent places, disgusting colours! Strongly recommend slippers!

A bit out of the centre ie 20 euros taxi into the centre of town and 30 euros back in the evening. Also, a bit of noise for a while from people drinking outside the bar although if you shut the window it's not a problem.

Good value rooms and nice to have in-room coffee/facilities and a nice bath.

Room not cleaned to a good standard. Boiling hot water in the bathroom taps (sink and shower) very dangerous as all 3 burnt ourselves. Smelled strongly of smoke in the hallway and came into the room, luckily we could have the window open. Old, basic and a little rundown (restaurant was ok)

No evening meal, apparently due to lack of a chef. Shower head needed a piece of cardboard to stop it flapping around in its holder. Having the window open due to the warm weather was not great due to the volume of passing traffic.

Very friendly reception staff. Room was very dated, guessing it's not been updated since it was built, but clean and surprisingly comfortable (enough pillows) . Shower was super-powerful! Close to motorway, plenty of free parking. Good area of desk/worksurface, plenty of lighting options.

Furniture in the room and floor carpeting is very old so if they were replaced or improved experience would be much better. Specially room carpet it seemed clean but was old and with some bleaching stains so I could not tell if it was clean or not

It was close to my work and close to everything that I wanted to do

For me event it’s not a A 3-4 stars hotel I still will recommend everyone to come to stay here , because I had a great time ( But the price for this hotel could of be a little lesser cause bastion hotel is like 1-2 stars more but has the same price ( that’s my opinion) but I had no complaints at all

The hairdryer didn't work in my room, but it wasn't a big problem for me.
