The stuff was very friendly, they helped us witg everything and made our stay very pleasant. The opportunity to have bikes for free until midnight was extremely useful.

The shower floor is unstable when stepping to the sides. The hand shower hose is super stiff, hard to get it in a good position while hanging. The lobby can get too noisy to work in the evenings.

The huge comfortable bed. Quick tram ride to Museumplein, short walk to Zuid train station. Lobby design cosy vibes. Nice breakfast. The suitcase store under the bed.

The glass door around the toilet is blurry yet very transparent

The hotel is very modern: Everything in the room (colour of the light, TV, curtains, AC) can be controlled through an iPad. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great, close to the metro station so very well connected to the centre.

The bin in the room hadn't been emptied after the previous customer, quality of the breakfast is better in other CitizenM locations.

The distance from the city centre is quite long but if you enjoy walking then you are good.

Rooms are small so only for a short stay. We are a couple who are very good at communication and working around each other, you need those skills when the rooms are this small.

The shower and toilet tube were surprising and not the most comfortable or spacious.

Although having the shower in the middle of the room is gives a modern look to the room, it is not very convenient. Just a bit bigger room size could make the difference.

Very good location, close to the train station. City center a 15min ride. Public areas and room have a modern vibe, bed is comfortable and check in experience smooth.

The facilities- TV, in room interface, Wifi, were not properly working for a couple of days. But the staff were nice and offered drinks on the hotel. Thus, it was a nice experience.

We are a middle aged couple very well accustomed with traveling and modern technology so we thought your hotel has a cool concept, the checking in/out system, the modernity of rooms, shower, etc (maybe a bit too techie for some people, but we loved it anyway) and thought that a big plus was the kitchen being open 24/7, the staff very nice and the food, excellent at almost midnight !! Breakfast next morning was also very good and the “unlimited” coffees a very good touch. And of course, something we value a lot : IT WAS QUIET !!! … and then there’s VITRA, which we absolutely LOVE.

Staff was very attentive, friendly, supportive ! We had a small incident the night of our arrival, we were very tired, ordered a bit of foot and two glasses of wine and my husband dropped by mistake the tray carrying the wine glasses. Staff present was extremely nice, helpful, we felt embarrassed, they sensed that so they offered us two new glasses of wine on the hotel. It was not really a matter of money but we thought the hotel gesture made us feel better, so thank you !
