Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room could've been warmer. Couldn't work out the heating system always seem to be blowing cold air despite turning the system up.
It was right next door to the venue of the event that we were attending so it couldn't have been better. Room is excellent. Didn't have breakfast but had lunch which was great.

Parking and breakfast too expensive
Nice hotel with parking and restaurant, good breakfast. Minibar with everything you need, very comfortable bed, clean and quiet rooms.

Wifi was down two days of our stay - This was a huge inconvenience as we were relying using it for transport bookings and address/location lookups Coffee machine in our room was dirty (the glass water container). It looked like it was used for a different purpose and had "stuff" on the inside of the jug. Room cleaning team arrived quickly but then washed the container in the bathroom basin with hand soap. I expected a more hygienic approach. The kettle also contained sediment and had not been thoroughly cleaned, if ever.

Room wIndows could be more soundproof, considering that traffic in the road is intense. Nonetheless, it was an excellent night sleep

Noise from the main road (odd number rooms only), have previously had a room which didn’t have this issue on the other side of the building (even numbered rooms)

A bit noisy because of the street. The heating is kept at minimum. Pillows are a bit high.
Good location, big room and very well structured hotel. Would stay again if visiting the city. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed. Very expensive parking 22€ a day is overpriced, it feels like they don’t appreciate their guests. Should be free or half price for people who are staying in the hotel.
Big bedroom, big bathroom. Nice and comfortable bed. Quiet nice minibar. Nice breakfast.

1. The room was very cold (January), I had to cover up till the nose in the night, as my shoulders were suffering from the cold. Next day I switched the air-condition to a higher temperature, but, housekeeping turned it again down and the room was cold again when I came back in the evening. I know they want to save energy. But please, not in the ground floor room with big windows!! I could hardly change my clothes, so "fresh" was the air. 2. It was rather a show room! A ground floor room with huge windows opposite the main entrance, i. e. curtains/shaders had to be closed whole time, no daylight, as everybody would see you in the room from outside! 3. Expensive parking. 4. Bad pillows. Too thick/high and "inadaptable" in form.
Good breakfast, easy parking, spacious room. Coffee machine available, different drinks and treats in the minibar. Unfortunately, I had no time to visit the gym and pool.

The pool is out of work..there is no slippers included in the room fee, also still water could be complementary.
The location is perfect, just oposit the main bus station and 5 min walk to the center. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is fair enough, worth for what u pay.
