No coffee or waterboiler in the room, but I was told later these were available on request. Did get the refrigerator I asked for in advance :) The rooms could be cleaner. I always check by arrival. Some toothbrush stains on the wall, shower hose that came off when touched, stains on the curtains and on the bottom of the mattrass (pillows and bedding were clean!) and a piece of clothing on the balcony that has been there a while (which they took away when notified staff.. Nevertheless, I did stay in this room without further complaining.

Located close to several tramstops in the area, beach is a 2 minute walk, supermarkets close by as well as enough restaurants and entertainment options (cinema, theater, sealife, 'de pier', casino, etc). Checking in went smoothly, staff very friendly elevators available, basic-room with city view. I did get a refrigerator as asked :). The bar downstairs is open till 00.00. Breakfast-room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, although I prefer small packages (for Jam, Nutella etc) instead of the big jars, due to hygiene reasons. Same goes for handsoap and shampoos in the room. Maybe less nature-friendly, but it's more hygienic. Evening staff put sweets on the counter, and were actually at the desk downstairs to welcome me, when I came back from a walk on the beach. Makes you feel noted. Didn't happen when checking in around 1400h. (just an observation)

We called beforehand and they said dogs were allowed but when we checked in they asked us a lot of questions if our dog was a servicedog. The front desk people seemed really freaked out about the dog which felt a bit weird.

It was in the centre of Scheveningen!

We arrived earlier than the check in time and left the bags. We then arrived about 40 mins after the check in time (there was an elderly person with us) and the room was not ready yet and we had to wait another hour or so for it/ Also, shower and bathroom were not very clean.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, despite facing the road. The room had the essential for a one night staying and it was very close to amenities and the beach. Good connections to the city just in front of the hotel.

There was a construction noise just next to the hotel from early morning. The toilet door was a bit broken and made a big noise when it’s opening and closing.

Nice location close to the beach and tram station. The Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Tram and bus station in front of the hotel, lot of restaurants all walking distance, casino, gym all next door, sea view , stuff amazing and very helpful and pleasant

The 2 single beds were comfy but the sofa bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. My wife had backpains from it.

Nice Location Very good staffs. They are supportive. Nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable. A little freezer in the room; which is very useful for a family stay.

Barely saw staff at breakfast and not enough tables to cater for guests. Took us asking if we could sit in lobby rather than it being offered- lots of people waiting.
