Room was beautiful, quiet and spacious. Excellent coffee maker. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour desk so late check in was easy. 10minute or less walk to the train station. Hotel is on the edge of old town Delft so a short walk to see the sights.

The bed had a double mattress, so it was too soft and felt uncomfortable. My room was not in the main residence, so it didn't feel as being in a hotel. There were tea/coffee facilities in the room, but unfortunately no water in the room (it was available for purchase in a vending machine at the building entrance, which was not practical

Very central but also super close to the station. The main building is a little treasure, the breakfast residence is also very nice and cosy. Staff was very helpful.

Basic facilities in the room, not a coffee drinker so not sure how the machine worked, a kettle would have been handy but not a big problem.

Well, after first giving me a room which was not clean, not possible to get fresh air in and toilet not working and two single beda…there was a change to a great room with double bed, fresh air, clean and toilet working…why not give that room in the first place..?!?!

I asked for a twin room for me and my son and we seem to have been given the honeymoon suite which featured a queen bed, a giant leather couch and a shower with no shower curtain or door. Great for romance perhaps but not really for our party though we were so exhausted from our flight we just fell asleep. If we had planned a longer stay or weren't completely jetlagged we would have asked to change our room.

Short easy walk from the train station, atmospheric buildings right next to a gorgeous canal. We opted to pay for breakfast as nothing was open early on New Years and it was very tasty and the breakfast staff were quite friendly. The front desk person was very friendly but didn't have much in the way of useful information about what might or might not be open. The room had stunningly weird but interesting decor.

Handicap parking only for 3 hours. I had to be able to change the blue card every 3 hours. From 8.00 to 21.00

It’s location close to the old town, windmill and station. Our room was warm and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful both in the main hotel and the breakfast annex. Great choice of food for breakfast. We arrived very early but the staff were happy to securely store our luggage whilst we explored the old town.

They didn’t inform me sufficiently about parking options. So I paid a nearby garage, whereas apparently the hotel has reserved spaces in another parking nearby.

It felt run down, and not because it is an old building which I allowed for. There were damp patches and flaking paint on deteriorating window frames. Very old fashioned furniture - it felt the staff were doing there best in an aging and unloved building. Lots of stairs - lacking handrails for some of the shorter sets of stairs which could be a bit of a safety issue. I specifically booked a suite with a second room and bed for my adult son with whom I was travelling. I had an extensive conversation with the hotel about this so was really disappointed to find the second bed not made up and the main room made up as a twin which was not what I had booked. The receptionist made the second bed up herself which was a really good response to the problem but the communication that I had had with the hotel should not have made this necessary. Some of the powerpoints were not working and we had to move the mini fridge into my bedroom to find a working socket.

Some cushions, a few mirrors and more storage space. Only breakfast was available, no lunch or evening meals at the hotel.

Central location for historic Delft. Convenient for the train station and tram stops. Breakfasts were superb and in a lovely setting.
