We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location right to the train station, quick access to Amsterdam right away. Room was clean with pretty nice view. Overally rooms in this hotel are well designed, smart solutions for limited space. I definitely recommend this hotel.

United KingdomOutside the hotel looks a bit rundown it doesn't have any curb appeal, I asked for an iron n ironing board on day 1 by the time I was checking out it still hadn't arrived, plus noise is not allowed in the bar in the evening
I loved the location, 5 minute walk from train station, the town Zandaam is.beautiful, train from Schipol airport was fab 6.40 euro one way, train to Amsterdam central 7.40 euro return, hotel rooms were huge, breakfast a bit expensive but nice

Bahrain- When they come to clean, the tend to forget to put tissue box, enough towels or fill the shampoo bottles which requires us to go all the way down to reception to ask for those - Rooms are a bit small

Last-minute option to stay because we decide to visit the Zaadam area late in the afternoon. The staff was very kind and explained all the conditions and prices. The hotel had a very comfortable room with 2 beds. It is close to a train station and some stores and restaurants. The supermarket for everything else is less than a 3-minute walk away. We choose to not have breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel is in close proximity of the train station, which makes it convenient to get everywhere while enjoying quieter surroundings. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a room with a kitchenette which came in handy to prepare snacks and light meals.

United KingdomShower wasn't great, it was low water pressure and alternated from hot to cold. Couldn't seem to get any heat only air conditioning. Was upgraded to king size bedroom, but would have preferred a single bed or small double tbh, it was too big a bed for one person! TV had bad sound and hardly any channels.
Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and coffee. Spacious room, housekeeping every day. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. A few minutes walk to the train station. Zaandam is a modern and buzzy town. Away from the hoards in Central Amsterdam! Direct and quick train to the airport and Central. Price was good compared to others.
