Did not come with linens which was not clear on reservation Plus we have to put linens on at end of long driving day And then we are expected to remove linens from beds but that was only made clear when i gave keys at desk - i had to go back to room to do so

Not quite as ski in ski out as hoped. (Especially the in bit!) Very low beds (struggle to get out of) downstairs bathroom.

Great design, nice facilities, well equipped, great view, comfortable. Electric car charging points, ingenious car park. Lovely location near ski school and hire.

We were charged extra for using the supplied bed linen. This was not informed about beforehand. In a resort style accomodation like this you would expect bed linen to be included in the price. Considering this we did not find it to be of good value.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The fireplace made it cosy and the apartment had its own private sauna. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Directions to the hotel entrance and the room were not clear, I arrived late after reception had already left, I picked up the key smoothly, but couldnt understand how to reach to the room. Access to the rooms is from the parking lot, through unlabeled stairs which should take you to your room area. Once you understand that, everything else is very smooth. The bed rooms are in the attic where the ceiling is sloped low, that was unusual for me.

Very comfortable, amenities were great, everything you'd need is 10-15 min drive if not available at the room itself.

Cleaning the apartment before we left was a little inconvenient. Paying for bedsheets & towels - 800 NOK for the 8 days for 5 sets of sheets / towels was a bummer. A clothes washer / dryer would have been appreciated.

Ski-in, Ski-out was hugely beneficial. Underground parking. Large 4-bedroom apartment with great dining room, living room, & fireplace. In-apartment dry sauna was enjoyed by us. The 3 bathrooms were helpful. Grocery stores in Geilo were excellent for bringing food back to the apartment. Hotel staff were all super helpful. Dishwasher was convenient.

We had a two floor appartement and on the upper floor the doors where a bit low and I bummed my head a couple of times (I am 1.95m).

A great location close to the ski slopes. A nice and modern appartement with everything you need. Very helpful staff, we had a bit of car trouble and they really help us out.

To accommodate 2 adults each, the two top floor, eaves bedrooms of the standard 8 bed apartment were both too small for comfort. Getting in and out bed was a challenge. Also, although the apartment overall was excellently appointed and clean, in a well run complex, as others have noted, the actual furniture and beds, although comfortable and fully functional, were well used and a bit worn now.

Ski in, ski out location. Excellent and very responsive staff - particularly Jan the handyman - even at the busiest time of the season. Underground car park. Standard of cooking equipment and crockery was excellent. Having access to a sauna and steamroom was also nice.

Nice Appartment with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Sauna, Pool were very relaxing after hiking tour. Geilo is a really nice location.

Would be nice to have more chairs/sofa next to the sauna for relaxing and also hooks for the towels both in the apartment's bathroom and next to the sauna in the common space.

The host was more than welcoming and helped me solve any issues and questions. The apartment had a great view of the mountains, as it was on the upper floor. The apartment was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Just make sure you have paper towels/pepper/etc because it is uncommon to provide such things in Norway. Bed linens are not included in the price too, but it is possible either to rent or bring your own. The living room has a fireplace. Pool was always occupied with children but sauna was never full. Plenty of hiking options around, 10 mins by car to the town center.

The reception area and the pool could have been cleaner. Yes, it’s the shoulder season in May but the upkeep should be maintained. Also, the quality of the construction is poor - tiles installed unevenly, falling off concrete/plaster at the pool. Surprizing for Norway and a new 4 star resort.

It’s a nice, newer property. Location above town, on the ski slopes. Apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Rooms are very small (upstairs) which may be an issue for some. Need to rent sheets and towels for a fee (a standard in Norway) unless you bring your own.

There weren't enough snow for ski-in, ski-out, the apartment lacked proper space for hanging up clothes and drying and we were only two. The apartment was ludicrously expensive. By far the haviest priced appartment we rented so far in the skiing season. For that price a bigger apartment with better facilities was expected (private sauna, balcony with a view, hottub or space to sit outside).

The appartment was small, but so well designed and space effective that it felt big enough for 2, loved the interior design of the appartment. Was nice to have access to the spa in hafsdalsgrenda.

The house we rented was perfect, warm, fully equipped and close to the ski in/out. The people working at reception were incredibly nice with us, and helped us on every doubt or problem we had. It was awesome. The kitchen had spices, salt and pepper. Something that is really appreciated and in most places is missing.

The Sauna Door was Broken so the Sauna wasn’t Usable during our 6 Day stay additionally the mentioned NESPRESSO coffee maker wasn’t there.

Apartment need some modernising, upstairs has low ceilings that would’ve hard if you are over 6ft.

Clever complex of apartments with secure underground parking. Spacious apartments with dishwasher oven, and small kitchen, a great gym and pool.
