I personally found that the temperature of spa not as hot as I would have liked, but that could be no doubt altered up if one asked. Spa was still great though.

Hosts were super friendly and supportive and attentive. We felt like one of their family. Our facilities catered to our every need and the beds were very comfortable with electric blankets supplied as well. Spa bath was a lovely bonus! Quiet scenic location only a few minutes from Waikanae township. We loved it so much that plans to return are under foot for Summer vacation.

The main bed was smaller than the guest bed.

The location was great for travel between, Otaki and Wellington. The facilities were clean and each day fresh towels were provided and beds were made. The guests were welcoming and clear on the instructions given. Also, left us to our privacy too. The continental breakfast was a treat to have too.

The accomodation was in a beautiful setting with sea views and very peaceful surrroundings. It had a nice laid out plan in the two bedroom apartment, which met our expectations. It was clean & comfortable. The Continental Breakfast certainly met our need with a variation of cereals supplied, and the tea, coffee, milk was supplied without having to request more. The chocolate treats were an added bonus.

I have stayed in many different bed and breakfast settings. This accommodation exceded my expectations. The hostess was very accommodating and a pleasure to meet on arrival. The rooms I was staying in were beautifully decorated. There were 2 large double bedrooms, a well appointed lounge / dining area and a modern bathroom including a spa bath. My room was cleaned and bed made each day. The provision of breakfast choices was greatly appreciated. A great selection. I will return here next time I visit the Kapiti Coast.

The location was perfect for us and the breakfast was just what we needed. We had a lovely calm view of the olive trees and the sea when we returned in the evening. Town was a few minutes away so access to a evening meal was perfect as well.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet, peaceful setting. Has everything needed for a weekend retreat, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful hosts who know the area made us feel at home. Happy to accommodate our bikes too. The views and birdlife add to the feeling of getting away from the city, though its just a short drive into Waikanae for restaurants, cafes and the beach. Close to the Kapiti cycle trail which we enjoyed using.

Felt the bed was too firm and in the lounge need a two seater lounge there were only single seater chairs which was not an issue.

There was plenty of space, very modern and warm, the views were fantastic and the Host was there to greet us, we went out the next day and when we returned they had completed a full room service as well as top up the breakfast for the following day which we were not expecting, would not hesitate to book there again.

Was a bit confusing getting keys as we weren't really sure where to go no signs. Took ages to come to door even when we rung doorbell so had to ring. Very minor though. Excellent hosts. One idea would be getting a nice comfy couch for lounge as the chairs were very uncomfortable and the TV in room yiu had to have lounge TV on and had to be same station. The TV in room also switched off in middle of movie. Only minor issues we loved it there absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
