Conveniently located and very comfortable stay in a modern apartment for 2 adults and 2 teens. Teens loved having their own bedroom with single beds and able to relax in the lounge room. It was great to have parking in the city too.

The studio was well equipped, although tight on space with only one chair for the table and one easy chair which doesn't work for a couple. The saucepans were small and did not have flat bottoms which meant it took a long time to heat up contents,

Undercover parking only accessible to residents and guests was very welcome. The location cannot be bettered. The TV was small, old and not smart. The apartment was a tad small for comfort really. Reception closed before they were meant to and wasn’t open for check out at 10am! Didn’t like triple sheeting on bed would much prefer a duvet with cover. The shower rail was broken and needed a cotton bud shoved in it to hold the shower.

Location, EV charging and parking were great. Apartment was modern and comfortable, the bed was comfy too. Coffee pods in kitchen were great.

There was no servicing of the room over the four days we stayed there. Only one chair with the small table in the apartment although there was a table and two chairs out on the small balcony.

Room was clean and had good kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment was quite small but location was close enough to walk into the city centre for great shopping and eateries.

The whole apartment is brillant. The added washing machine and dryer were great. The bed is so comfortable. The location could not be better you can walk to everything or jump on the tram which is less than 5 mins away. The cafe on the first corner does a lovely breakfast with very trendily staff.

Hard to improve on an already perfect stay!

An exceptional place to stay for our 2 nights in central Christchurch. Needed to rearrange suitcases & do laundry after 2 weeks of travelling. This fully equipped studio apartment with balcony had everything we required. Including free parking on site. Less than 10 minutes stroll into center of town. Also, tram stop 200m (pay driver cash or card) away for hop on hop off city tour. Would recommend staying here instead of paying huge prices for center city hotels!

We had a spacious balcony with an awful view of a brick wall and the car park beyond. Higher levels would have had better views.

Very spacious apartment with plenty of storage space to unpack for our 3 night stay. Location was a short walk into the centre of Christchurch. We had a dedicated parking bay for the duration of our stay.

Peter went above service to us. We had an eerlt (6.am) flight and needed to be at the airport by 4. We slept in and in our rush to pack our gear, locked ourselves out on the rod at 3.30am! a call to him at that hour saw him arrive quickly on the scene so that we were able to retrieve the rest of our luggage. All done with a smile and we made our flight with time to spare!

We had difficulty operating the cooktop which was extremely frustrating and the microwave took 7 mins to heat a cup of milk coffee. We were obviously doing something wrong
