Some facilities in the room need maintenance (bathroom light flickering, drainage that needs to be checked) More kids play area and activities. Breakfast needs to be revised. The sausage used is not good, and the main change between options is the omelette type. As the breakfast is not buffet.

Premium Luxury suite: Spacious rooms. Private swimming pool and bbq area. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Very calm and comfortable.

We arrived at night and noticed bed sheets had spots which made us uncomfortable. Later the management changed the offending sheets with spotless clean sheets. However that initial experience is the reason we are not giving the very top marks.

Overall we liked this resort. Comfortable rooms, well managed. Reasonably priced & breakfast was simple but lovely served with enthusiasm. Owner of property was around and it was nice to chat with him.

The restaurant is not the best. A part of the food is just heated up in the microwave (which you can see from the restaurant) orders are mistaken often. The staff, also in the restaurant is very friendly and trying to do their best.

Beautiful room, we had the suite with our own swimming pool and living room. Good place to stay for the first days during our trip in Oman, it is close to Muscat, a pool to cool down from the heath and nice atmosphere. The property is beautiful, the room has a very high standard where you feel at home. A quiet neighbourhood and very friendly staff.

The BBQ facility could be better.

The staff are so friendly. Rooms are so clean. The location of the resort is in quite area. Overall, totally recommend the stay and would definitely come back again.

Shower water was cold. Pool needed cleaning. Had ordered half board. Took an hour to get starters despite only being 3 tables. Mains meat was blackened and tough to chew. Had ordered breakfast for 8am as we needed to get on the road, but order had been lost and we had to wait for it. Everything seemed to be frozen items heated in the microwave.

Room was nice and quiet. Fruit platter was delicious.

The blanket of the main bed was too short for couple. The extra bed was too noisy while sleeping. The breakfast was not ready when we are in the restaurant, and he took long time to prepare. It should be a buffet for the clients. The smell was very strong and the kitchen open to the dining area, we didn’t feel comfortable and our dress smelled bad.

Need quiet place , this is just the right place. But it’s good to add more facilities maybe a Tennis Court , Table Tennis .. but it’s good for a couple with kids .
