Lovely hotel in Muscat. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is nice. The room is spacious; the only thing is the wooden floor which gives the room a bit of a cold look. If there was more of a rug or carpet, that would really help along with slippers for the wooden floor. The design ad elevator are great. Great value for money

The view from our rooms was not great since they faced the wall of the other building, there were some strange technical sounds time to time in the room as well

We have enjoyed spacious rooms and variety of different dishes for breakfast; rooftop swimming pool is small but quite nice. The hotel's location is great to explore Muscat and other places in Oman

We could promptly check in around 1430 though our check-in time was 1500. The room is furnished with modern decoration and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Air Conditioning was perfect for June. We went to Avenues Mall which is just a few minutes walking distance away. We also went to the Mall of Oman by Taxi, fare OMR 2. There is a taxi service from the Hotel to the Airport and the fare is nearly half of other taxis (OMR 8). We didn't have breakfast as our return flight was early in the morning. Instead, we had our dinner and the food quality was very good.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious; staff service went out of way to serve me hot chocolate that wasn’t available in the coffee machine. The mini fridge in the hotel room was a nice extra amenity. The facilities: public washrooms, gym and swimming pool were modern and kept clean all the time. Bus stop located nearby hotel but too hot to walk to during summer. Hotel guests get 25% off spa service and 30% of laundry service (there’s cheaper laundry service located just short walk behind the hotel). Only Marhaba taxi services allowed to pick up from hotel entrance. Other taxi services (Otaxi and Tasleem) can only pick guests up from nearby building but they can drop off at the entrance. Hotel located nearby two big Malls: Oman Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand Mall. There’s a hospital at the end of the block. Lots of restaurants around the area too.
