The Hotel location takes 30 minutes to reach Muscat city center. Otherwise everything was great

Overall the hotel is very good. The staff are very respectful especially those at the reception. They are very helpful and whenever I needed anything they were always there to help. The pool is very good as well as the food.

The staff are excellent. They have free airport shuttle. Breakfast is perfect. Awesome pool. Farhan and his friend are the best. I should also mention Mr. Edris great guy. Gonna stay again and highly recommend it

Just add dish detergent to the kitchen, that's all. Everything else we were accomodated wonderfully.

Overall a good experience.

The apartment I stayed in was a 2 bedroom kitchen. The apartment was neatly maintained. The linen heater etc were all good. They could have provided some good cooking spoons and cookware. Not a big deal but everything was too good. I stayed with my family. The 2nd room had 2 single beds. The main room has a double bed. The 2 washrooms were all well maintained. The restaurant too was good. The staff at the restaurant offered kind gestures. I reached late with family as we were comminuting from Dubai to Oman. I requested them to keep aside some food which we pre ordered. The restaurant has neatly packed and has kept the food in the kitchen and served it neatly packed in disposable containers as the restaurant works till 11 I guess. But we reached by 1 am and the restaurant would be closed. The pool is actually very deep 5.9ft so must be careful if used by anyone who do not know to swim. The kids pool is good. They have ample parking for guests.

All the staff was very kind and helpful especially the waiter at breakfast named Faram (sp). The room was actually an apartment with newly upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Only problem was limited ability to charge my battery and phone. Only 1 outlet which required 3 prong middle east adapter. No direct USB connection

Location was a little away from tourist sites, but nothing that a car ride couldn’t fix.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It gave everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
