I expected to have free coffee and the likes but otherwise everything is good.

The room is spacious and clean. I like the appliances that are provided in the room. Location is good coz it is very near Gaisano mall. Security is also great.

At breakfast the staff says what is available and what is not. I noticed others when they ordered their breakfast it wasn't available. Consider putting a board up on the wall for the guests what's available on that particular day so that they know as well.

The place itself is nice and comfortable. I have got what I paid for. The gym is Ok, the swimming pool is great. The room with the kitchen is also nice.

The swimming pool was closed off for 2 days. The breakfast had limited options.

The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfect value for the money. I like the location too, there's a supermarket and mall just around the facility.

Very dangerous to cross the multiple roads to get to the other side to shop and eat. The.aircon in 308 our room was not cooloing the room enough and at times would shut itself off.

Swimming pool was half day closed. I booked just because of the pool for my kids, but had to keep my kids away, and explain somehow, that cannot swim.

I thought everything was fine. Except maybe paying extra for the twin bed. It's a professional establishment.

Pretty good place. Small room but ok fine, close to gaissnao mall. Not too many people there. Excellent bathroom. Very nice staff there.

Front desk staff needs more training I think in terms of guest interaction. They lacked the enthusiasm that is expected from client-facing staff. Read other comments from foreigners that customer service was great... Maybe because I am local that's why I got treated differently?

Room was bigger than expected and had kitchen appliances and utensils which was great! Cleaners we're very polite.

Busy street, hard to catch a taxi. Low budget breakfast ,small selection for the price, not refilled in time , protein items running out fast. Far from tourist spots

The place is very strategic and the amenities are well maintained. The internet connection is also good especially if you need to check work related stuff from time to time.

You get a lot for your money here. Nice gym and pool, the staff are wonderful, but then again, they are Filipino, so of course they are wonderful. Comfy bed, decent TV, hot shower etc and the breakfast was ok.

I like the Filipino Meal. The pool was amazing. Rooms has great view! Location was beside Gaisano Grand Mall, easy access. What I love in this place was the lobby area, some of their furnitures looks like your in Thailand. Will go back here! Staffs are helpful and let us check in earlier than the check in time.
