Many things have to be charged extra, and the ketchup on the sheets told us it had not been replaced, The supply of hot water for bathing does not seem to be always available,

Not as noisy as expected, a hotel close to the beach, Lots of choices for breakfast, The room was very cold and very comfortable, We don’t connect to WIFI very often, but it seems to be pretty good.

There was better water pressure when it rained than from the sink, shower or toilet. I absolutely hated going #2 because it took several flushes and about 5 minutes because each flush you had to wait a full 1.5 minutes for the tank to refill before flushing again. I would have been embarrassed if I had to share the room with someone else. You can’t flush toilet paper either so all the paper trash has to go in the trash bin inside the room which for us Americans is not ideal. There were a few ants and a fairly large spider that I asked the very sweet staff ladies to scoop up and take outside. Spider was not poisonous but was a little bigger than the size of a 20 peso coin. The Wi-Fi was finicky but was strong when it was connected.

I stayed during “low-season August” for 7 nights and it was the best location. In 20 steps from the room my feet were in the sand and another 20 steps in the water. The room I had was pleasant. I loved that I could leave the aircon on while I was out during the day and come home to a freezing room. The room I paid $28/day for was not ocean view, but was easily accessible first floor. It included a breakfast option eat day that was good because it was free. I had the eggs bacon and toast everyday. You could have had a small English breakfast or a Filipino breakfast option too and dining was at the rooftop and there is no better way to wake up than direct sunlight and the beautiful ocean. The sunset on the rooftop was also spectacular. Coca-Cola in a bottle for 61peso was killer deal. In fact I went back after I checked out to have several more! The staff was really nice, sweet and all recognized me by name which was a great experience. I would stay here again if I was in boracay on a budget.

The divider door in the CR seems broken for quite of time and still not repaired or replaced.

Despite our flight delay, we are still grateful for the free room upgrade and specially view from our room! We had our terrace beach front! Also, they gave us a welcome drinks! Staff are so friendly too!

Its hard to climb the stairs but the staffs are approachable and helped us to carry our luggages upstairs

1. At breakfast, you can either have a coffee or a juice but not both. Also, there are no refills on your coffee. With it being instant coffee wouldn't hurt to give a refill. This helps start the morning right without actually costing the hotel much but makes stay enjoyable. 2. The shower drainage is blocked and floods every time you take a shower. Reported it the day qe artived, they promised to fix it. But didn't think they did. It was still flooding when we left

I would recommend using products with better quality for breakfast meals

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was quiet, particularly for being on the beachfront. Many thanks to the staff that organised the room that fit my request - very happy with the secluded room Triggerfish. Location is perfect, on the best beach in the island. We checked another beach on the other side of the island to try something else, but we took a tricycle back immediately after. The rooftop restaurant view is great.

I was expecting that we will assign to the room where beach is our view but turned out we are not. It's actually not a big deal though, cause I just wanted to make an IG reels from this spot :)

Good location, it is right next to resto and 7-11, beachfront and scuba diving school. The breakfast is also good as it serve based on our request, there is a checklist where we can choose from. What I like most is that breakfast is serve on rooftop bar where we have the beach view. So serene and peaceful.

location is excellent! beach front and our room had a view of the sea. the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. they also provided umbrellas, large beach towels, and a beach basket you can use. the rooftop restaurant has a great view while you have breakfast.
