You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe beds can be quite noisy whenever someone moves and there are no individual lights for beds when you want to get ready in the morning. Some toilets have toilet seats, some don't. But that's pretty common in the Philippines...the WiFi works in the rooftop bar but not the room, as they haven't received a replacement router yet.
The hosts are so helpful and friendly! They made me feel right at home and as soon as I arrived, helped me get a SIM, advised where to eat and shared recommendations for places to visit. They provided free refills of water and toilet paper. There was warm water in the shower. The dorms are really dark, so are good for sleeping. It's quite a social hostel thanks to the hosts and they have a rooftop bar. The hostel is next to lots of restaurants, a mall, cheap laundry and it's easy to book move it to/from here.

VietnamThe hosts Jacky and Mike were really hospitable and welcomed me very thoughtfully. Jacky also connects new people with each other. and she even cooked breakfast for me and made a small farewell party for me and my other friends when we left. I feel the warmth here. The room is very clean and has air conditioning. If you want to find a place with good prices, this is the perfect choice for you

Very good breakfast and on the top floor with view over the city. All was perfect and a very welcoming attitude. I felt being at home and at the same time on a journey. The generous atmosphere made it natural to have a conversation with everybody. The staff was comfortably active in meeting me as a newcomer. Very unusual reception. What more to wish? Nothing.

NetherlandsThe metal of the bunk beds is made of poor quality iron and makes a lot of noise when moved. 500 pesos are taken as a "security fee" when you check in. (It's given back when check out.) The air conditioner constantly blows cold air. Remote control not available in the room. I almost got sick.
I was allowed to check in a few hours earlier. I really appreciated it. (I was tired from a night flight.) The room was very clean. Shopping center was close by.
