We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe staff were distracted and took a long time with my booking. They were on their phones and not accommodating. The flush wasn't working on the restroom and there was no pail or anything so we had to use the thermos to pour water to flush.

PhilippinesWhat can be improved is the lack of cabinet or at least a place to hang clothes. In the shower area of the room I stayed in, the tiles are not leveled properly so the water does not flow to the drain. Had to swipe the water towards the drain to ensure that bathroom is not flooded after shower. Potential hazard. Someone might slip.
Bed is quite big. Also loved how they set up the sort of canopy above the bed. I can keep the lights open and it felt cozy. Staff are accomodating and very helpful. I want to come back and also recommended this my friends.

PhilippinesThe tv has no cable channels only local tv plus but nonetheless my stay was okay. They could have improved the rooms maintenance like the corners of the bathroom are chipping(there was cockroaches coming from the wall). Walls have are not that super clean( there are marking of hands near door and colors lines near the bed and other walls), there's cockroaches poops every small corner of the room, a spider web and floor walling are chipping. The side ceiling of our room are chipping too. Room 606 I did not use the kettle because it has cockroaches poops,maybe because it was not used often but if a guest is not super sensitive you can wash it using your own packed detergent. Also they could have disclose that there was a 1500 room deposit upon arrival so guest will be informed in advance.
I like that we are able to use the pool and wifi is okay. Ac is nice and the staff are very welcoming. Room rates are budget friendly. Overall great!
